We used Bespoke Bids for support with a tender and found the process generally smooth and helpful, with good guidance provided. The staff were professional and offered useful feedback that helped us improve. While the service was decent overall, there’s room for improvement in order to truly stand out. A solid experience, but not exceptional.

We wanted to get our tender application right....from our initial contact with Alister, which was brilliant and informative (he knows his stuff). With a few teams calls and amazing help from Eleanor we absolutely smashed it....she was organised, well planned, kept us updated at each step. Really impressed working with Bespoke as compared with other tender companies. David was exceptional, diligent and extremely patient.
