The process from enquiry to onboarding right to the end of the tender writing was very professional, respectful and handled with integrity. My bid consultant was very helpful and professional, not too pushy for me to end up having a break down. He made a very anxiety provoking process to be so simple and reassuring. The initial meeting was to lay out the plan, process and time scales. All time scales were met and the tender was submitted well in time. I enjoyed working with my consultant and all the others who were involved.
