It is my great pleasure to write this review for AAA Healthcare Agency that used Bespoke Bids to win the RM628I National NHS Framework for Clinical Staffing Tender under Crown Commercial service - the tender writer Amy Taggart was very supportive throughout the tendering process and perfectioned in the best possible way all my drafting efforts. We most highly recommend this tender company.

Brilliant service. Joe and Katie were gems and Alister who introduced me to the service was great to deal with.
They broke down the process into manageable bits and made the journey really seamless. Even with someone like me who needs a lot of chasing up and patience to deal with. They were understanding and managed the situation well!

Paid nearly 6.5k for Bespoke Bids to write a tender, the tender didn’t even pass the qualifying stage, scored 4/10!!! when we asked bespoke bids for the reasons why it was excuse after excuse, they don’t want to take responsibility, not even a refund or an apology, bespoke bids should not be marketing the fact they can write healthcare tenders when it’s obvious they cant.
They just want to take as much money as they can.
The matter has been taken further.

COMMUNICATION, TURN AROUND TIMES AND ADVICE
The communication was very smooth and efficient, the turn around was very swift. We followed up on some advice and obtained the Company's CQC certificate which we obtained from CQC today for the first time.
