Could be better…
It took almost a month to receive the order. The bookmark came and the quality was not as good as expected. It was too thick for a book. The tassel was also not the chosen color.

Well considering the hat was a completely different material and color, i'd say it wasn't quite a 5 star willing delivery. But at the same time, that is what I get for ordering a TPUSA hat, on a non TPUSA website. So I guess congrats on getting the money and wastint mine.

order not received after weeks of…
Order not received after weeks of waiting, company will not provide a refund. When the order was placed it had a delivery date of no later than October 16th. Still haven't received the item as of 10/29. I paid $9 for shipping alone for a small 2in patch. According to the tracking information it has yet to even leave their facility.

Wasn’t what I ordered and then they have made it impossible to return. Was told to contact the customer service team which is probably the same person and I did weeks ago and all they did was tell me that’s what I ordered oh well even though it clearly wasn’t through the email chain I still have saved

Scrabble Name Tiles
Well let's see, I liked that it was already framed, the spelling of each name was correct, the size is perfect, love that it's made to look like rustic wood. The only thing I didn't like is that it was actually shipped from China then shipped to a seller on ETSY (in the US,who I ordered it through) and took like 3 weeks to get to me in the US. I hard believe there isn't a person in the US that doesn't make them. But the product itself was very nice and I'm sure the person I'm giving it to will be very happy.

At the end of the day, I was quite pleased!
The purchasing process was smooth, and communication from Best Custom was as effective as could be. I didn't realize the product I purchased was coming directly from China. Therefore, it was really hard to ascertain a delivery date. The information only said China to US. It took approximately 6 weeks to receive the item. However, I was very pleased with the product. The quality was good and I was quite pleased. Even with the delivery notification process, I would order from Best Custom again. It gained my trust and I appreciate it.

Placed order on September 19th
Placed order on September 19th. Chose expedited delivery so it would be here quickly. Was charged for product that I never received. Contacted customer service and was given the run around. It is now October 29th and still nothing has been received. I do not recommend placing an order with this company. Order was received on October 31st. Received in a ripped up shipping bag.
