I was able to purchase through my HSA…

I was able to purchase through my HSA account it was smooth and the delivery was quick and arrived before originally stated. That was great since I was really excited about starting to use it.

I have just started using it so I can't speak to the benefits of it but am really looking forward to seeing and feeling the benefits.

Very satisfied

I am very satisfied with this red light therapy lamp. The product arrived earlier than the estimated delivery date, which was a pleasant surprise. The customer service was excellent. They were kind, responsive, and provided clear and thorough answers to all my questions. Overall, a great purchasing experience and a product that meets expectations.

The product was delivered without an instruction manual. Similar budget-friendly item can be sourced from China, retailing for approximately $15 USD on platforms such as Pinduoduo (PDD).

How are you guys a 4.5 star? My friends ordered a red light and it’s been over a month since they’ve seen it. This is my second poor review and everything else I read sucks. Weird.

Hi there — we’re sorry for the frustration this caused. Canada shipments can sometimes take longer than expected due to cross-border transit and customs, but waiting over a month is not the experience we want anyone to have.
If your friend can contact our support team and share the order number (or the email used at checkout), we’ll immediately check the tracking with the carrier and confirm what happened. If the package is delayed or lost, we can assist with a replacement or refund based on the situation.
Regarding your own order to Canada: we’re glad it has been delivered. We also followed up with you after delivery but didn’t hear back. If you’d like to arrange a return or need any other support, please message us anytime — we’ll be happy to help.

Bestqool customer service is terrible!

Bestqool customer service is very poor. When the package was clearly lost in shipping the company refused to send a replacement in a timely manner. I still have not received a replacement after numerous email requests. I was told that I had to wait two weeks before a replacement would be sent and I would have to make a 50% deposit for another panel when I had already paid in full! They backed off on the deposit after I protested however I still haven't received my order. Horrendous customer service! I do not recommend buying from this company!
Update: Bestqool did eventually ship a replacement panel after additional email complaints. Panel works well thus far. I still have a stand that is a pre-order that is supposed to be shipped early February. I must admit I'm apprehensive about receiving it in a timely manner after my first experience. Bestqool offered me $20 to remove my review which I think is rather shady on their part. I declined the bribe.

To clarify for others reading this review: Due to the holiday shipping peak, delays and tracking issues were unfortunately more common. The deposit mentioned was a temporary measure, refundable once the lost-package claim was confirmed. We shipped the replacement immediately once the status was verified.

Update: Thank you for your feedback and for keeping us updated. The compensation offered was to apologize for the poor shopping experience you had due to the delays. Our intention was to express appreciation for your patience, and we respect your choice regarding your review. Great customer service - easy ordering and fast shipping

Product shipped quickly and tracking information provided fast and frequently. I would buy from them again without hesitation. I also had questions for their customer support team prior to ordering, and they answered those questions quickly, accurately and professionally. I would definitely order from them again.

Only had the devise a week

Only had the devise a week. So far it is working as expected. Too soon to see or feel any results. It was delivered on time. The shipping box was damaged and retaped with USPS tape but the inside box was in perfect shapes as was the panel.

They double check the right power plug for my specific region before delivery.

I bought this mainly for my husband’s arthritis but we both use the red light therapy device and are happy with it. There haven’t been any miraculous cures!! but we both feel a bit better.

TOP KUNDENSERVICE

Meine Sendung von Bestqool (Bestellung über Firmenwebsite) hing im DHL Zentrum Radefeld fest (Sendungsststus hat sich seit Tagen nicht geändert). Ich kontaktierte den Bestqool Kundenservice und man sendete mir umgehend ein Ersatzpaket, welches dann innert 2 Tagen bei mir ankam. Top Kundenservice!
