The product is better than expected
The product is better than expected. Easy to use. Results were amazing for pain relief. Wish the locking wingnuts on sides were a little larger to help secure the support arm for sitting product upright on a flat surface.

Refurbished is worth the Money!
We bought a refurbished unit expecting it to have some noticeable flaws. The unit arrived in the time described and had such a minor scratch we had to look for it. The unit is very powerful and we’ve been very pleased with it.

The Redot S
The Redot S seems to be a quality product. It’s simple to use and has a lot of functionality, especially for the price. I’ve just begun using it so time will tell, but it is exactly what I was hoping it would be.
