As with any company, they give you less than you would get with a private sell, but it ids worth it in this case. You get a quote, someone comes and has a look at your bike, confirms the condition and lets them know and the money is transferred and he takes the bike.
Easy, the whole process was less than 48 hours so I can’t complain at all. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent professional customer service. Easy to do business with. They arrived at the agreed date and time. With in 20 minutes the deal was done at the agreed price and was in my bank within 10 minutes.

Took aporox 1 hour to evaluate the bike, they use a seperate firm (SOS). it is very thorough, so you need to be honest when filling in online form. Payment took approx 3 minutes to reach my account. Would use again. FYI i asked 4 companies to make an offer, 2 replied both had the same offer price

Confused I was offered 3300 for my honda. I accepted the offer they came out Checked bike over,nothing wrong with bike. Then they said its not for them,no explanation why ?

All the marketing states very clearly ‘we buy ANY bike’… put my bike details in, only to get a message saying ‘We’re not looking to purchase your bike at this time’. So which is it? Rubbish.

From the start the sale was fast and painless bigmoto and the sos driver were outstanding I got two valuations from different companies and their quotes were pathetic tried big moto and what a difference. If selling your bike id definitely recommend bigmoto

Very good price offered, driver turned up as expected, no quibble with bike, money instantly transferred, only took an hour from driver arriving to money in the bank.

To be honest I was skeptical based off comments on Facebook however I really didnt want my bike anymore it didnt suit my commute and I didnt want to faff with private sellers. Got my valuation online and sent pictures in. Guy come to collect the bike, spent probably 25 mins inspecting and gave what they offered. Pleased with how easy it was and now im going to buy my next bike from them and hope it is just as simple. If you are prepared to lose abit of value to sell quick then this is ideal youre not going to get top payment but i was offered £600 more than superbike factory so its not the worst price.

Brought a 2024 bike (~18 months old) from big Moto Dudley. They had the bike for over 4 weeks in "pdi" , I supplied parts they said they couldn't get for weeks and was promised a refund (still haven't had it nearly 3 months later). Within the first 10 minutes of leaving with the bike I had no rear working indicators, took it back over a hour later given the bike back only for the problem to return a hour later. The bike is now back with bigmoto/KTM and has been for over a month now. Communication from big Moto is poor I'm left with finance and ongoing insurance on a bike I don't have access to . Would avoid big Moto dudley

Spoke to richard The service was fantastic, professional and helpful, and great patience given I was only free to call while at work, even went out of his way to agree to call me 45 minutes before he started work to better cater to my time restrictions, broke the cost down clearly and was all around very helpful throughout the entire process of ordering my new bike

I had an offer on my motorbike and it was collected within 3 days . The collection was very easy and professional and full payment was made and has been received and also my finance cleared, Mark Stewart the purchase manager provided exceptional service and kept me up to date all through the selling process . Highly recommended.

Very quick and simple to sell my bike. The Big Moto transactions were all automated and the transport company SOS communicated well via telephone; the sale went through within minutes of the SOS inspection at my house. Money in the bank before he left with the bike. Smoth.
