I have bought very nice Garden House from Biohort. I started communicating with their support when I saw some pieces slightly damaged, I have got all replacements without a question.
Afterwards I had a problem with some light lamps that are chargeable, this is the product not produced by Biohort, but other sub-contractor. They replaced it 3 times, send new ones - once I wanted money back for it from my handler (Kika/Leiner) I have got it. In the meantime I had many questions where I needed help/support and I have got answers super quickly and someone there have put a lot of efforts to help me make the best out of Biohort House. So overall, replacements take time to arrive, from the other side customer service was absolutely great with me, and I am very satisfied with the products!

The unit was delivered to the wrong address. The shippers could/did not want to find the driver to reschedule the appointment. They said the driver was German with poor English when he was English all along. I had his number but they claimed they could not contact him. The delivery was eventually made but it has quite excessive packaging making it difficult to deal with. However, the driver was quite helpful.One package was badly damaged in transit but the contents were ok.Why it was ever shipped in that condition is a mystery to me. The other packages looked fine but there were many damaged sections and it must have left the factory in that condition as the packaging was not damaged. No response was received from Biohort on the delivery day, a Friday when I made my complaint. The shippers said it was nothing to do with them. On the following Monday Biohort claimed the damage was nothing to do with them either and offered a shelf or other internal fitting as compensation. By that time I had built the unit and bent back into shape the damaged sections. I did this as I live 100 miles away from my daughter, for whom we had bought the unit and I was going on holiday 48 hours later so had to build the unit as Biohort and the shippers could have been arguing for months over the damage.The unit looks second rate, the damage is visible and I feel badly let down.

I do not recommend that anyone buys this product as the service an quality are so poor

Ordered over £11000 of shed, storage and accessories.

Items arrived. First problem was that the delivery driver did not have the equipment to unload. We had to help create wooden "props" to help get the items onto the tail-lift of his truck. The whole process took 3 of us over an hour.

When we inspected the delivery a number of items were damaged. We needed to get the shed built ASAP so accepted the damage otherwise it meant another 4-6 weeks to replacements.

Overall the product look good but the damaged items means we have spent over £11k to have a posh but damaged shed and bin store etc.

The UK dealer was very helpful but has been let down by really poor QA and a shambolic delivery service from Biohort Austria.

If they can resolve their delivery system and QA system then they would have an excellent product and service.

Until then I cannot recommend.

Kauft woanders !

Sehr schönes Gartengerätehaus, alles gut durchdacht! Der Aufbau war etwas mühselig aber nun steht es auf meiner Terrasse und meine Gartengeräte sind gut untergebracht!

Lieferung bei dieser Firma ist leider nicht gut, absolut nicht lösungsorientiert und einsichtig. Man sollte eine Spedition ins Boot holen, welche auch die Möglichkeit hat, mittels einer Staplergabel die georderte Ware in den dafür vorgesehenen Bereich zu heben. Nicht jeder Kunde kann schwerere Teile heben und transportieren. Da sollt daran gearbeitet werden.

Wir haben mehrere Produkte von Biohort im Einsatz. Die Qualität ist grundsätzlich sehr gut. Wir haben nun noch 2 Minigaragen gekauft und uns bei der Grösse L keine Gedanken gemacht ob unsere E-Bikes in die Minigarage passen. Ich bin mit 190cm sicher nicht der kleinste, habe aber noch locker ein Standard E-Bike. Dieses passt aber mit der Schiene um ca. 10cm nicht in die Garage. Verstehe nicht wie man ein solches Produkt auf den Markt bringen kann und den Kunden nicht darauf hinweist.
Haben dann direkt beim Kundenservice von Biohort nachgefragt. Der Service dort ist aber eine absolute Katastrophe.
Bisher war ich wirklich von der Firma Biohort überzeugt, nun hat das Produkt Minigarage L und der Kundensupport meine Meinung komplett geändert.

Der Lieferant BIOHORT ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!! Bei drei Häusern haben insgesamt 7 Pakete gefehlt. Die Anlieferung war für die 9. Kw zugesagt und bestätigt. Wo auch immer die Teile sind ( beim Spediteur o.ä. ), die Ware ist bis heute Ende 11. Kw 2023 immer noch nicht eingetroffen. Für den Kundenservice kann ich nur die Note 6 - geben!

J ai acheté le modèle Europa. La qualité du produit est très bonne. Les colis bien différenciés et surtout la notice est excellente, complétée par de nombreux tutos tant sur le net que par flash code. J ai apprécié qu il n y ait qu un seul format de vis pour tout monter. Il nous a fallut 2 jours pleins. Il faut vraiment respecter la notice et bien regarder tous les détails pour ne pas avoir à refaire. Petit défaut : les vis sont vraiment petites et il n est pas tjrs facile de mettre les rondelles et écrous. Mais avec l outil fourni c est un peu plus facile. Bon produit dont je suis très satisfait.

Je koopt n complete schuur, denk je, maar bij plaatsen( gekocht incl plaatsen ) blijkt dat ie helemaal niet compleet is, oh u heeft geen vloer gekocht? Oh u heeft geen regenpijp gekocht… bodemframe daar doen wij niks mee dat moet u zelf stellen, wij zetten alleen de schuur.
Als we t hadden geweten hadden we de 1000 euro plaatsen bespaard en m zelf gezet .

Really great quality, and I love the look of these. If you have the Smartbase it simply gets better! Well thought out, secure shed!

Just got my new sheed (Panorama) and the quality is really good, so I am very pleased.
The shed was easy to assembly and everything was in the package, even the tools.

Biohort Highboard bestellt. Teile mit Fertigungsmängeln geliefert. Dann falsche Teile nachgeliefert, die wir nun einfach wegwerfen sollen. Eine Katastrophe in Bezug auf Nachhaltigkeit. Wir warten nun seit 6 W8chen und wurden heute wieder vertröstet. Ich kann zu 100% von einem Kauf abraten.

Order shelves and shelf supports over 2 months ago, shelves arrived 1 month later without supports. Then was told they would be within a week, waited 2 weeks and never came. Then waited another 2 weeks and eventually only 1 set turned up, not 2 I’ve ordered. Still waiting for them. Do not use Biohort under any circumstances they are a terrible company.

Danke für das tolle Gerätehaus aus ihrem Hause. Die Qualität und die Passgenauigkeit einfach ein Traum. Der Aufbau hat nur ca. 7 Stunden zu zweit gedauert….Top !

Ich habe kürzlich das Gerätehaus geliefert bekommen und in ca. 2 Tagen aufgebaut. Die Qualität der Teile ist top und es einfach eine Freude, wenn alles milimetergenau passt. Mit der exakten Anleitung ist der Aufbau für einen einigermaßen geschickten Heimwerker (zumindest für das Aufstellen der Wände ist eine 2. Person erforderlich) kein Problem. Alles ist sehr gut durchdacht und ich bin rundum zufrieden mit dem Produkt made in Austria.

In der Lieferung - Biohort Avantgarde A4 - fehlte ein Seitenteil, sodass ich in vorgesehener Zeit das Haus nicht fertig bauen konnte. Das Teil wurde kurzfristig nachgeliefert. Soweit alles gut, jedoch erfordert der Aufbau professionelles Handwerkerwissen und -können, ist nur mit mindestens zwei Personen möglich, einzelne Teile sind nur verpackungsweise gekennzeichnet und nicht einzeln, können also nur schwer zugeordnet werden. Ergo ist das hochwertige Haus nur mit professioneller Fähigkeit aufzubauen, nichts für Anfänger oder Hobby-Bastler.

Regretfully I have now changed my rating from 5 stars to 1. I was considering a further purchase of in my opinion a very expensive shed - overnight the shed configuration 'jumped' from circa €6600 to over €7000. On complaint they replied

Arrogant in the extreme compounded by a follow up on my comment that they would match the original price as a big deal. Times are difficult worldwide but their is absolutely no excuse for dismissive arrogant rude communication [In my opinion] from any company.

ich kann die schlechte Bewertung nicht nachvollziehen, Habe selbst ein Gartenhaus Highline H 2 aufgebaut, gut war schon zum Mitdenken, aber alle Arbeitsschritte eindeutig bebildert in der umfassenden Anleitung beschrieben. Wir haben es uns "leicht" gemacht und das Smart base plus verwendet: Der Untergrund war damit eben und exakt winkelig, somit alles perfekt passend. Gu,t zwei oder 3 Teile haben wir nochmals abmontiert weil wir die Anleitung nicht richtig gelesen hatten. Aber alles perfekt, Haus steht wie eine 1.
Den Kundenservice haben wir nicht benötigt weil die Anleitung alles genau beschreibt

Gute Produkte, Kundenservice ist eine Katastrophe.
Hab ein Gartenhaus AvantGarde bei Biohort gekauft und durch den Biohort-Montagepartner aufbauen lassen.
Der Montage-Partner von Biohort hat auf gut Deutsch gesagt nachweislich "Mist" gebaut, die Dame vom Kundenservice verteidigt ihn jedoch wie eine Löwin und es ist keine einvernehmliche Lösung in Sicht. Kämpfe nun seit knapp 6 Wochen darum, dass sich jemand von Biohort bei mir Zuhause vorbeikommt und sich das ganze "Werk" mit eigenen Augen anschaut.....alles einfach nur ärgerlich und unzumutbar, zumal dass die Preise, sowohl für die Biohort-Produkte als auch für den Montageservice nicht gerade billig sind.
Kann die Firma wegen dem sehr schlechten Kundenservice und einem noch schlechteren Montageservice leider nicht empfehlen.
