Good price, fast delivery, quick response from customer service.
Chair was easy enough to put up on my own. The only issue I had was that the screw holes didn't align. When I mentioned this to Blisswood they offered a partial refund and suggested I could drill the holes a bit bigger. I did this. If not for that I would've given it 5 stars.
Delivery men did refuse to bring it to my front door as I live in flats so I did have to drag it and thankfully we have a lift.
White cushions came a little dirty and not fully wrapped in plastic. Chair is lovely and comfortable, I think I might some extra cushions for more comfort. I can sit in it sideways with my knees up which is what I wanted! Good price, fast delivery, quick response from customer service.

Kept saying it was on it's way
Kept saying it was on it's way. But it wasn't then wad told it would be here in a few days. Then to be told they cancelled the order. I am still waiting for my refund. Not happy at all how I was treated. Will never use Blisswood Ltd again.

Unfortunately, we got to know that the delivery partner "Tuffnell" has gone into the administration due to which all this issue was happened. In order to avoid the any further hassle, we have already processed the refund on 9-June-2023 and the same must have got transferred in your account as well.

Absolutely no communication after I…
Absolutely no communication after I placed my order, was never sure it had been accepted.
No confirmation e mail that the order had been received, sent 2 e mails directly to Blissword asking for confirmation they had received my order, never received a reply, was kept totally in the dark all the time about my order, then after 4 days received a knock on my door, and there was a delivery driver with my product, without having received no communication since i had placed the order, luckily I was home when it arrived, overall none existant communication and progress update to the customer

Great value for money. Product arrive within 5 days of purchase, I was mega pleased. Assembly was fun and not tedious, again mega happy. Chair works as it should with the massage vibe as an extra. I am 5'9 and the chair back reaches close to my neck which is fine with me. Happy customer.

The item was not delivered, finally it's been cancelled and refunded promptly.
The item was not delivered but it was marked as delivered, and I am still chasing. Unexpected and highly dissatisfied with the experience so far. They are in touch but not given any specific time line by when it will be resolved.

A Really Nice Executive Office Chair
Received the Executive Recliner Office Chair, with footrest. As someone, who is autistic, I found the instructions a bit too much. Luckily, my mate and his son, put the chair together for me.
If you live out in the Sticks and have no-one to help you, the assembling the chair, might be a problem.
The footrest is a bit too short, in length for me, unless I fully recline the chair.
Other than the two minor issues, the chair is comfortable and far better than the computer chair I have been using for years.

This is a very lovely dresser. I really like it. Holds a lot and has different storage. Was not the easiest to assemble, but when it was complete, it looked great.
