Thank you for your fast reply! I haven’t checked the mail I’m sorry but the tracking on the app said it was still in transit so I thought that was strange. I will take back my review.

I ordered a 1 litre bottle of shampoo for $80.00 and the wrong shampoo was shipped. I attempted to contact Customer Service 3 times yet there was no response. I now have to dispose of this shampoo or give it away and I will purchase the correct shampoo from another retailer. I will never order from BLNDbox again and advise others to order from other more reputable websites that have proper customer service.

Company did not fill entire order but kept money. They did not tespond to any emails and do not have a customer service phone number over 5 weeks. I had to go through credit card for reimbursement. I will not order through them agaon

Unresponsive customer service. I received the wrong product in my order. When you order a $350 hair styler, you want the right one! I promptly reached out to the company multiple (many) times, via every form of contact provided on their website. My order was not only never resolved or refunded, I did not receive a response on any attempt to contact customer service. Stuck with an expensive item I never wanted! Thanks BlndBox!

You sent wrong product. I ordered shampoo and received conditioner. I have sent email with no response.

This company is a complete joke.
I sent an email with the order number through the website and through my personal email asking about the order that I’m supposed to have already in my hands and no response at all from BlenBox. I should have read reviews prior to purchasing, to realize that it’s not a reliable business. If as a company you cannot handle criticism and have a poor customer service when responding to reviews you should not be in business. There is no excuse! Want my money back if no product is going to arrive.
I wouldn’t recommend anybody to purchase from BlenBox if this is the experience in general. As a professional I needed a blow dryer that I ordered from BlenBox, because the claims of quick delivery/shipping sounded convenient for a quick fix for my emergency. Little that I knew I’ll be having to wait for nothing to arrive! The sad part is that I was trying to support a Canadian business.

Shipping was on time but one of the items came damaged and the product was all over the box. Immediately, I sent an email as instructed.

The shipment came late afternoon on June 6, my email was sent early evening on June 6. I was expecting a response on Monday, June 8. Having received no response on Monday I looked for a customer service number. There is no published customer service number so I sent a message through the website without a response.

UPDATE. Use the online chat. Within a few minutes I received an email that a replacement was being shipped to my address.

I have paid you $179.00 for order 66689. It was damaged by the carrier and I’m still waiting for a response from my emails, a chat system that no one is ever on. If you can’t supply the product return my money to me!!!!!

Product is high quality and ships quickly! I have pin straight hair and nothing I’ve tried has ever helped me hold a curl, but this did! It didn’t leave my hair feeling hard or sticky either.

I have been ordering from Blndbox for several years now without any issues. My last recent order was missing an item. I put in a request to send me the missing item but never heard back. I was charged for the item and I’m still waiting on a response. They indicate all inquiries will be addressed within 24hrs but it’s been over a week. Hopefully this gets through to the CS team.
