Took a month, got the wrong product
I ordered on Sept 3 and didn't receive my product until October 1st. At no point was there any communication on why my order was delayed. I addition, I was shipped the WRONG product. I will not be using your service again.

We did proactively email customers affected by the item in this duo overselling and honoured the original promotional pricing once it was back in stock, despite the price having increased.
Regarding the incorrect product, we were not made aware of this issue before the review was posted. As soon as we saw your review, we reached out to you directly that same day to make this right, but unfortunately we have not received a response.

Customer service team was excellent!! UPS delivered my pkg to the wrong address. Bindbox Customer Service handed situation processionally and with efficiently, and immediately sent out a replacement package. So thankful! Easy to deal with! Thank you Bindbox!

Quality products for great prices
I received my products within a week. The prices are great and they carry quality products. My only complaint would be that I tried contacting customer service through the website, but did not receive a response.

Second time ordering from this company and not a great experience or service.
I ordered items that have not arrived, it’s been a month and I have reached out via email and live chat multiple times and no response or information about the whereabouts of my order
Please refund me my money or send my items that I have paid for and not received

I received items within two to three days after I placed the order. I find it difficult to find Milkshake shampoo and conditioner and was happy to find that you carry these items at a reasonable price. Thank you.

Almost 5 stars!
Ordering was simple, the product is excellent and the price competitive. Overall a good experience. The only negative was the 3 weeks it took for the item to be delivered. Pretty minor concern, though, since the shipping was free. Would not hesitate to do business with this vendor in the future.

Good choice of products
Good choice of products. Quality products - I love Kevin Murphy hair products and they are not all that easily available in Canada. Good offers.
The only reason for a 4/5 rating is that the tracking feature fell off the charts.

Thank you for your feedback. We ship from Toronto, and delivery to the west end does take longer than deliveries within Ontario. Our estimated delivery times by region are posted on our website so customers can review them before placing an order.
We’re always looking for ways to improve our shipping options, but unfortunately the transit time once an order is with the carrier is largely outside of our control. We appreciate your order and hope you’re enjoying your products!
Quick deliveries
Not all purchased items have been received in the original shipment. As this is a small company, it took considerable time to communicate the issue. Only live chat is sporadically available. No phone number and no email. However, at the end they did send me the missing item. Good communication when placing orders and tracking shipment.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the shipping time.
We did want to provide some context, as you’ve ordered from us previously and both of your prior orders were delivered within approximately 5 business days. We ship from Toronto, and deliveries to Western Canada typically require several business days in transit.
Unfortunately, this particular order coincided with the long weekend. Following the holiday, UPS did not pick up from our facility for the first two business days while they worked through their long weekend backlog. This added additional time beyond the normal transit period and was outside of our control.
We completely understand that the longer wait was frustrating, but this was not representative of the normal delivery times you experienced with your previous Blendbox orders.
Ordered from blndbox twice so far... About to place my 3rd order
Ordered from blndbox twice so far. First order I chose standard shipping and product was delivered as expected. Second order I chose same day shipping within GTA, it came as promised same day! No complaints, prices are much more reasonable than other stores that sell same product lines!
