I had ordered shampoo and conditioner for my granddaughter from you last year sometime and finally remembered you and looked at your products and there it was!! This is the first we’ve heard that your pump arrived damaged, as you did not contact us to report the issue or give us an opportunity to resolve it. If there is ever a problem with an order, please contact us directly first so we can help. We cannot resolve an issue we have not been made aware of.

Shopping and payment was easy, the only issue I had was contacting customer service at times other times they were fast and responded to my questions and concerns. The delivery took longer than what is promised on the website. Other than that nothing else I love the products and the prices were really good compared to other places. I will buy again more products.

Just to clarify, our team responded to your numerous inquiries throughout the order process; messages sent outside of our business hours are responded to once our team is available. When the delivery timeline was discussed, we also gave you the option of whether you preferred to wait for the order or not, and you chose to proceed. We’re happy everything arrived and that you’ll be shopping with blendbox again!
No customer service
UPDATE: I received a full refund for my purchase. The original review did not say I didn't receive a refund. My dispute is that when the product didn't arrive on time, there was no offer to determine how/why the order hadn’t arrived or to ship the product the next day. To be clear my dispute is the total lack of customer service or the offer to stand behind their same day delivery guarantee even though it is a paid service.
I paid an additional fee, $9.99, to receive same-day shipping. When it didn’t arrive I tried the chat and email. No one would help. I asked for a refund because the order didn’t arrive same day. They told me they couldn’t refund an order that was in transit. Do they understand the irony? There was no offer to help determine how/why the order hadn’t arrived or to ship the product the next day. I would not recommend this company. They don’t stand by their same day guarantee or provide customer service.

We’re disappointed to see this review updated in a way that still doesn’t accurately reflect how the situation was handled. When you contacted us, your order had already been dispatched and was actively in transit, which meant we could not simply cancel the shipment while the courier was delivering it.
Despite this, you ultimately received a full refund for your entire purchase. We certainly understand the frustration when a same-day delivery does not arrive as expected, but we do not feel it is accurate to say that blendbox “doesn’t stand behind” its service when your purchase was refunded in full.
Great company
Products arrived in a quickly and well packaged. I use Blndbox.ca all the time and never had a problem.

Thanks for your feedback! For shampoo & conditioner retail duos that are not factory sealed, we may open the outer cardboard box as part of our quality-control process to verify the correct products are inside and check for any leaks before shipping. Factory-sealed packaging is never opened, and the products themselves are always new, unused, and unopened.

Took a month, got the wrong product
I ordered on Sept 3 and didn't receive my product until October 1st. At no point was there any communication on why my order was delayed. I addition, I was shipped the WRONG product. I will not be using your service again.
