No one has turned up to fix oven as promised. We were no one in queue for a visit today . Where are the engineers?

Catalogue of dreadful service from Blomberg, starting with an agent refusing to register my brand new machine for the promised 5 year warranty on the grounds that the serial number showed it had been manufactured 4 years ago, and virtually insinuating that I was trying to defraud them. Followed up by several emails to and from the CEOs office, from people who had obviously not read anything I had written, but giving stock replies. Instruction manual is poorly written, scrappy and not useful, would have had serious problems without the retailers help (Carters in Sussex)

Excellent machine, easy to use, well built and good design

Oven is great. Bakes wonderful cakes.
Induction hob takes a a bit of getting used to.
I don't like the way the four induction rings are arranged, with a large one at the back. I would have preferred that to be at the front.
Haven't yet managed to cook a decent omelette (on the hob).

Staff who sell your items have great faith in it

Purchase Built in single oven,looks stylish and works fine, just one quibble, I told retailer I wanted a plug and play model , and settled on this model , yes it is in a sense plug and play model but unlike my previous oven( Bosch ) it is not supplied with a lead , I think this should be emphasised by the manufacturer and the retailer, so when you receive delivery you are prepared.
I also bought Bloomberg ceramic hob again very stylish and controls are very responsive.

So happy with my new gas cooker. It even has a button to turn light in in top and bottom oven, never had lights on oven before so you can see what's going on even when doors closed.

JUST THE JOB!

This cooker has been installed in our church kitchen. I chose it as It met our needs and is simple to use.

Bought two washing machines 6 years ago, great machines so just order another 2, we are a large family so have loads of washing to do, quick wash is fab only 28 minutes, wash lovely every time, great spin aswell, lovely looking machines

Great item, quality product easy to use and install. Just got to get some pots and pans that can be used with an induction hob.

This is 2nd fridge freezer I've had ex ellent quality & value for money would recommend this make plus a 5 year guarantee don't often get that these days

My Blomberg no-frost fridge-freezer is excellent. My previous one of a different make had badly fitting trays. Also, not being no-frost, the freezer compartment iced up every two days requiring much ice removal from various surfaces. The no-frost technology in the Blomberg fridge-freezer is marvelous. The bright coloured light in the fridge compartment was worrying when it turned red but I guess it is just for giving a nice appearance since the fridge works well.

The model we chose was a direct replacement for our old Blomberg which had packed up after nearly 8 years. The dimensions were the same as the old one which meant it fitted straight into our cabinet. Easy Peasy.
