On time great product

Extremely disappointed with my new Blomberg fridge and the way the support has been handled.

I specifically chose Blomberg because the appliances are advertised as high-quality and quiet — perfect for our new open-plan kitchen. Instead, from the very beginning, the fridge has been making a horrible constant “chirping / tss-tss-tss” noise that is disruptive enough to ruin the space.

When I registered the appliance for the guarantee and raised the issue, my case was passed between Beko and then Hotpoint for repairs — I still don’t understand why, but clearly these companies are all connected. Unfortunately, the repair process has been a disaster:

The first engineer agreed the noise was not normal and booked a compressor replacement.

The second engineer turned up, didn’t even bother knocking (I literally saw him post a “missed you” card before trying to leave), and then claimed the fridge was “fine.” He even admitted compressor replacement was a “big job” and refused to carry it out.

So now I’m left with two completely different opinions, no resolution, and a fridge that makes my kitchen unbearable. This is not what I paid for.

A brand-new fridge should work properly, be quiet as advertised, and not require customers to chase between three different companies while wasting time off work on engineer visits.

Have now had my washing machine a couple of weeks and delighted with it.
The salesman was excellent, pointing out all the good features.
It is extremely quiet, and the wash superb.

Delivery and installation all successful.

I bought this product needing a quality dryer without breaking the bank.
Blomberg does exactly this. The product is robust and one of very few brands that has a 3 years warrantee.

We bought an integrated Blomberg LDV52320 dishwasher when our Bosch packed in after more than 15 years of almost faultless service.
We have not had time to try out all the program and function combinations yet, but there are a lot of them, and those we have used have performed extremely well. As well as the usual upper and lower baskets, this model has a plastic tray at the top for cutlery. This is really useful as it frees up extra space on the lower basket and keeps spoons, etc from nesting. The machine is very quiet in operation, so it is good that there is a light that shines onto the floor to tell you it is running.
The only thing I would criticise would be the installation instructions. Changes from the original have been included separately, so there were 4 separate documents, sometimes contradicting each other.

Looks nice enough, but quite noisy

Excellent company.. ordered Blomberg hob .. came a couple of days after.. went to collect and the guy was very pleasant and helpful.. prices are very good also.. A week later I bought a Bosch oven.. took home the same day .. can’t fault Euronics in Lossiemouth.. will definitely be going there for all my home appliances. Very good customer service.. thanks again guys 👍🏼

We are very pleased with gas cooker we purchased this week ,so far everything is coming up to expectations. We only have had it for a few days so time will tell, but as of now we are very pleased.

RSM recommended Bloomberg when our intregal fridge went wrong. Have been very impressed by it's performance.

The product itself is fine but the customer service back up is abysmal.

Like the controls but a little disappointed that it does not spin as dry as my very ancient machine it replaced.Bought because it offered 5 year guarantee

Jag köpte en Blomberg spishäll till 12000 kr, för ca 3- 4 år sedan och har ångrat det sedan dess. Den var alldeles för känslig från början och fortsatte att ge felkoder, och till slut gick det inte att laga mat på den innan den blev helt galen med felkoder. Och vi var tvungna att ha någon som kom ut och fixade den. Han sa också att den var alldeles för känslig och att han inte kunde hitta felet men att han skulle byta några strömbrytare i den och sedan fick vi se om det fungerade i längden. Detta var, tack och lov, inom garantin. Men här för 3 veckor sedan slutade den fungera helt och fortsatte bara klicka. Gå till Blombergs hemsida och gennem Deko, hitta en elektriker som faktiskt reparerar Blombergs för det gör inte alla, ett dåligt tecken. Hör ingenting på en vecka och skriver sedan till Electra som ska fixa det. Tyvärr är de upptagna eftersom semestern precis har slutat så det blir ytterligare en vecka. Men jag fick fakturan daterad den dagen jag skapade ärendet, 26 augusti, men 10 dagar till betalning. Den 4 september kommer en elektriker och är säker på att det är för att vi inte har bytt säkring, men måste ge upp efter 30 minuter, tror att hela grejen behöver bytas, säger att han ringer den 5 eller 8 september. Hör ingenting, skriver till Electra igen den 11 september, hör ingenting, ringer den 15 september och efter mycket letande och tid får de veta att de har skrivit till Blomberg men inte fått något svar. Nu vill jag påpeka att det har gått 4 veckor utan spishäll. Och ingen utsikt till någon.

Amazing, I had had a disaster with another company, but these guys where brilliant, from the moment I went into the shop they helped me chose my appliance, the delivery and installation was outstanding thank you so much, highly recommend

Good quality integrated fridge freezer with good layout and plenty of space in both the fridge and freezer sections.

Have used the hob a few times since installing with very good results.
