Is this company closed? Has it bankrupted? No one is answering the phones, no response on their Live Chat. Orders from months ago are not being shipped. I’m assuming this company has closed its doors. I would not recommend placing any order with them. Their voice mail references a problem at their Miami warehouse, but weeks go by and still no response to email, voice mail, or live chat. Safe to assume I just got scammed out of my $1000 I paid for an order that never arrived????

Purchased a a few bed sheets and mattress protective covers (for an existing crib I have) from their website ahead of the arrival of a newborn.
Although the website states: “When you place your order, you will be given an estimated ship date”, I was never provided with this information. I’ve tried to contact customer service several times via email and Instagram, never received a reply.
Over a month has passed and I still haven’t received my order or any updates about it. I’m doubtful that the order will arrive.

An absolute nightmare. You cannot get any assistance. I asked a question about a product to which I received no answer.
That should have been my warning. I then placed an order. It’s been over a week and no update on the order. The customer service is non existent. No one responds to chats or emails. No idea if I’ll get my product or my money back. I’ve also provided this review on the page linked to the UK website.

Update - the product arrived! A month after I ordered and with no communication from Bloom baby - out of the blue I received an email from a shipping company somewhere in Europe saying they were shipping my item. Bloom themselves have not contacted me following my numerous emails. Fortunately, i had only ordered come replacement straps but even though it worked out for me, I would be very cautious about ordering some of their high priced full items.

As the product did arrive, i have changed my score from a 1 star to 3 stars.

Food was great no problem with that.
But when it came to service horrible/trash.
Both workers was just back talking us and laughing every time we said something.In Amritsar there are way better shops than this,I recommend to go to another waffle shop as we were from a foreign country or we didn’t speak their language.

Do not order from them.
Thankfully I only ordered wheels for my bloombaby crib that i got from a friend, and the customer service doesn't exist, they don't respond to any emails, phone number doesn't work. Doesn't look like I'll ever get them.

ATTENTION! Does this company still exist? Customer service is non-existent! I placed an order for €600 a few weeks ago but never received any information about the shipping. Can anyone help me?

We ordered a crib from Bloombaby 7 months ago and so far nothing has arrived. We’ve chased by email, social media and their online support. We’ve had a couple of replies with mixed excuses and promises that they’ll deliver but nothing. Shockingly bad customer service. They have our money but continue to ignore us. I can see from their social media that I’m not the only one.
