WORST AGENCY EVER
I have travelled the world & this is the worst company I've dealt with. Myself & 5 friends booked a long haul trip in October 2025 due to depart in early April 2026. Due to the crisis in the Middle East out trip did not proceed. Regarding refunds there has been a MAJOR lack of communication from BLV since April in particular. They have made many FALSE promises to us regarding the timeframe of receiving refunds & the amounts. They have been 'drip feeding' us with partial refunds in varying amounts since June. I personally received 3 amounts in June, 1 in July & 2 in August. Still awaiting remaining monies. In the initial payment we should have received the full cost of our flights (1 paid for Business Class) as BLV would have received a full refund for flights from the Airline but this did not happen. My friend who paid for BC still owed in excess of £3k. We will NEVER use the agency again.

Dealt with Akeshi in booking our all inclusive trip to majorca. Very last minute. But the communication from start to finish was right on point. The deal provided was alot cheaper than I could find on my own

Solo Disney Holiday Booking
I was looking at booking a holiday for myself and my 1 year old, this is something I’ve never done before and I had no idea where to start. So I sent a query through BLV and a couple of days later was contacted by Dina who was an absolute star from start to finish. She provided a number of suggestions and answered all of my questions ( I had a lot as I wasn’t sure how it works going to Disney - I’ve never been before). Unfortunately due to work I was very busy so was slow to respond but Dina was very patient with me and was always quick to respond when I was eventually able to. We managed to organise the entire holiday to flights, transfers, hotel and Disney tickets all in one bundle which has made my life sooo much easier. Thankyou for all your help and I look forward to our holiday :)
