Very easy to deal with brilliant communication Exelent delivery

As a non business user of materials many suppliers are not set up to deal with you but BM have a website that allows me to order steel at a time that suits me and in smaller quantities. They are accommodating when I go to pick it up and helpful when loading.

A good price for the steel beams and they were carefully delivered, although £300 including vat seems a bit steep for the option of the steel being removed from the lorry using a hiab

Placed an online order on app and then had to chase as heard nothing - couldn’t find the order on the system - told me would look into and phone me back which they did to say order would be ready next day which it was and I collected

Only downside,, maybe countersink the screw holes so screws are flush ,, we did go through A LOT of countersink bits to do this,,,
Overall product was much sturdier than expected ,,,

On time and excellent service

The guy in the warehouse was polite, cheerful, and very helpful.
When I ordered online, I wanted the steel bars cut in half to get them in my vehicle. I mistakenly ticked the box saying I didn't want the scrap, which was the other half of the 6m length. They rang me 10 minutes after placing the order and checked, thankfully.
