£14,000 Do not book with this travel agent. I booked our holidays, it cost £14,100 for 2 weeks cruising on MSC Seascape from Miami. I booked through a man who called himself Steve Davies. He promised
Flights to miami
Overnight stay at the Marriott hotel in a suite with adjoining rooms as we were travelling with my 80 year old mother and 86 year old stepfather. That did not happen. No Marriott hotel. This looked like a 2☆ hotel room with no adjoining rooms.
He promised Direct flights leaving miami at 4.30pm returning to the UK at 7.30am
Now we are leaving. Miami at 10.30pm arriving at 12.30 the next day. This has cost us .ore money as the train tickets we have booked will be invalid. I spoke to Steve. He assured me he would take care of this. He apologised and told me not to worry as we were already promised airport lounge as we will vacate the cruise at 9.30am. At was quite a wait so he guaranteed the lounge in the price. I called book2travel. I spoke to a very rude man who called himself John Thomas. I asked him where Steve was, he told me Steve Davies does not work there 🤔 any longer and if I had this in writing. As you can imagine I was frantic. After receiving my £14,100 it all changed.
No uber from Miami international
No suite in Marriot hotel with adjoining rooms.
My 80 year old mother is 2 floors away from me on the cruise ship. Steve assured me my mother would be in the cabin next to me.
No airport lounges what so ever, resulting in us having to wait 12 hours in the airport.
They are deceitful. When they get your money it all changes.
I found it strange when all the agents have very strong Asian accents but have typical English names.
They are not to be trusted.
I asked for the owners email. They gave me would mean my email would go to them. If you use this company you will be disappointed.

Great prices and even better customer service.
There is always a reason to go back to them.

He was very informative and reassuring in his approach. Served me with total professionalism.

Would not hesitate in recommending Book2travel to friends and associates.

this is another scam advertiser , their quoted prices are non-existant , trading standards should investigate this conpany

I have not booked with this company as the price quoted when searching on the site was from £700, but when you call they are quoting £7000. No thank you John.

This is a good travel company, booked a flight today with Mike he was charming polite and very accommodating it was a pleasure to book my flight with his company.

Steve was very professional and dealt with my query efficiently.

I made an enquiry with Steve regarding flights to the USA. He was exceptionally helpful, he found us the flights we wanted at a very good price.
He provided me with a Booking PNR so I could look at my booking via the Virgin app, he was totally transparent throughout.
Obviously we haven't flown yet but I can highly recommend booking with him and book2travel.

In January chased as flight no longer showing with Virgin only to be told they made a mistake and quoted an incorrect price by £300 ...
They would not honour never ever emailed why this happened had to chase for the refund which they were hesitate to give...

COMPLETE SCAM TO GET YOU TO CALL THEY CANNOT OFFER ANY OF THE FLIGHTS AT THE COST AND FROM THE AIRPORTS THAT THEY SAY THEY CAN TEHY SAY IT ISNT A LIVE SITE AND THAT THE COST PUBLISHED ARE FROM IF YOU ASK FOR THE "FROM " PRICE THEY CANT DO THESE EITHER
