Zwei mal gebucht und zwei mal kurzfristig abgesagt bekommen. Absolut unzuverlässig. Nie mehr!

Inakzeptabel; innerhalb eines Monats 2 Mal Absage am Vorabend des Reinigungstermins, zwei Mal zu spät, heute gar nicht erschienen ... Stornierung kam 40 Minuten nachdem die Reinigungskraft mit der Arbeit hätte beginnen sollen. Nie wieder!!!

Unprofessionell! Trotz Anrufen und Emails kam nie eine persönliche Rückmeldung. Die Reinigung war komplett ungenügend. Ich bin überhaupt nicht zufrienden.

Habe für alle 2 Wochen eine Reinigungskraft bei Book a Tiger (BAT) gebucht und hatte bei der ersten Buchung einen Gutschein im Wert von CHF 50. Die Reinigung war dringend notwendig, auch weil wir einen Tag danach eine Geburtstagsfeier organisiert hatten. Wenige Stunden vor dem Termin wurde der Termin - kommuniziert duch BAT - abgesagt ohne eine Ersatzmöglichkeit zu erwähnen. Das Geld wurde dennoch für die nicht durchgeführte Reinigung von der Kreditkarte belastet und der Gutschein wurde nicht zurückerstattet. Bis heute warte ich vergebens auf eine Antwort von BAT und das Geld ist bislang auch nicht zurückbezahlt worden. Habe den Auftrag natürlich sofort wieder gekündigt. Nun hoffe ich schwer, dass auf der nächsten Kreditkartenrechnung keinen erneuten Bezug von BAT auftauchen wird und dass sich BAT bald meldet.

Für alle anderen: Finger weg von Book a Tiger! Unseriös, kriminell und höchst unprofessionell. Reine Kundenverarsche und -abzocke.

On time, top cleaning, polite, smart, just very good and worth the money !

Völlig unfähige und ungepflegte Putzkraft. Rieb sich mit ihrer Bluejeans an unserer weissen Wand und ruinierte diese, ebenso wie das Echtholzparkett, was die Putzkraft mit Backofenreiniger verunreinigte.

BAT antwortet nicht auf Email und trotz vielfacher telefonischer Kontakte (teilweise nach einer stunde Warteschleife) ist der Schaden bis heute nicht behoben (nach fast 6 Monaten)

Haben eine Putzfrau für 4h alle 2 Wochen bestellt. 2h vor dem ersten Termin ruft die Putzfrau zur Rückbestätigung an, 30 min vor dem ersten Termin annulliert sie per email.
Bei Nachfrage wurde uns angeboten 2 Tage später eine ‚last minute‘ Putzfrau aufzubieten - und zwar für 10 CHF mehr pro Stunde. Lächerlich. Finger weg!

Paula is a positive, energetic, friendly person who does excellent work. She arrived punctually and didn't waste time getting started. I don't know if everyone at Book-a-Tiger is as competent, but I would definitely recommend Paula and hire her again.

Ok. Booked a tiger, did bit show up. Called the agency (17 minutes on waiting line) they were apologetic, said they dibt know what happened, scheduled another appointment for two days after. Again, nobody showed up. No call, no nothing. You stand there waiting lika a donkey. Tried calling the agency anotjer two times, first time on tje waiting line for 25 (!!!!) minutes, second 15. Did not reach anyone. Then they had the audacity to send me an Invoice. Clearly they have no way of knowing whether or not anything was actually done. Frankly, this „company“ comes close to a scam.

I recommend to never ever consider these people in any case. Can’t get worse.

Booked a tiger last friday. When cleaning the bathroom the "tiger" broke the stopper and let one part fall into the sink... (btw the other parts of the stopper are still filthy so we don't really get why he had to disassemble it anyway...) so now we're stuck in between plumber appointments (very expensive!!!) and the customer service at book a tiger which has not really responded anything about the damage...
We are very disappointed by the level of service and would absolutely not recommend this company! We booked the cleaning services thru this company in order to have a professional service and not have any headaches in finding someone but in the end it s resulted in a lot of time wasted finding solutions for the problem caused and no support at all....
Very bad service and very bad attitude of the person who came to our house as well btw!

Achtung Beitreibung für stornierte Aufträge.
Erhielt eine Betreibung von einem Inkasso Unternehmen für stornierte Aufträge und dies anderthalb Jahre nach der Rechnung welche telefonisch als gelöscht bestätigt wurde.

The young woman who cleans the apartment speaks excellent English, is consistent and conscientious about asking what I would like, and does a good job. I am most pleased with the ease and convenience of using the service!

Our Book a Tigre professional was highly qualified and provided us with a very clean apartment after only 2,5h of cleaning! Thanks again Aleksandra for the great service provided.

I have been a regular customer of Book a Tiger for more than a year and a half but have cancelled my service. I had some good cleaners, some mediocre cleaners, but after my last experience I will never again use their service. My last cleaner was a drug addict and a thief. After being in our flat, we discovered items missing, including my husband's passport. We reported this to BAT and the police. We had no response from BAT for 3 weeks and they take no responsibility for the theft nor will we be compensated for the replacement cost. Several times I saw this cleaner in our neighborhood on the street among heroin users. Do not trust these people, they obviously don't properly screen their employees. Their customer service is horrible. You will never be able to speak to someone on the phone and their website is not convenient to use. Avoid!

First service experience was good considering the language barrier

Termin wurde bestätigt, keiner kam. Keine Absage. Gleich nochmal 100 € abgebucht, obwohl ich garnichts mehr gebucht hatte. Finger weg!

Good price, flat is nice and clean!!
