Please read before you chose to book with cheaptofly.co.uk or book fly.co.uk both are the same company. The company is a complete scam they show one price on their website as the total price but then send you an invoice ours was for an additional £11400. Thankfully my payment was rejected by my bank otherwise I could have been £6509 down as I have read it is near on impossible to get a refund. I spoke to an agent called Steve Davis after receiving the invoice and he confirmed we had paid in full, I noticed the money in my bank today and when I contacted him to confirm that the flights are still booked and fully paid for he came back with we need to pay an additional £11400 I have told him I will be reporting these scammers to the police and action fraud as I hate to think how many people have been ripped off. Whatever you do please do not book with these con artists.

Booked flight and paid £690 have just been contacted for an extra £900 to be paid by 17.00 today which they say is outstanding. They have refused a refund. I have contacted my credit card who are aware of the Modus operandi. Hopefully will get a refund.

Scam Alert…… guys please avoid booknfly or cheaptofly…..company Evan they selling ticket for 100 pounds . They are scammers n theifs . Once u book n pay ur ticket n ask for e ticket , they will tell you that u paid deposit only n will ask you double the price or more and Evan paying they will cancel the booking n keep ur money . I complained to citizen advice , n going to complain action fraud. They are scamming lot of people already by there modus operandi.

Absolute scam artists. Charged me £905.60 for my flight, and then are trying to charge me an additional £1050, claiming that the original amount was just a deposit, even though they verbally confirmed no further payment was required.

Based on my personal experience, I want to warn others to be extremely cautious when dealing with the company BooknFly. I recently attempted to book flights to Cairo for my family, believing I was paying the advertised price of £484 per person. After entering all my details, I was told their “office” would contact me, and within minutes I received a call confirming a total price I believed to be accurate. While on the phone, they asked me to reply to an email “confirming everything,” and I trusted what they were telling me. Later, I discovered that the email contained additional information they didn’t mention, and days after taking my payment they suddenly demanded thousands more, claiming I owed a “remaining balance.” When I contacted them immediately, they denied everything, refused to acknowledge what had happened, and warned me that my tickets would be cancelled with no refund. They ultimately cancelled the booking and kept the money I had already paid. This has been an incredibly stressful and upsetting experience, and I hope that by sharing it, I can help others avoid going through the same situation. Always research companies carefully before booking, double-check every email, and be wary of any business that pressures you into confirming details over the phone or demands additional payments after taking your money

⚠️ Scam warning

I tried to book a flight with this company, and received a fake booking confirmation and fake reference number. When I checked with the airline, there was no booking under my name. They then demanded more money and were extremely rude when questioned.

I have already reported the case to the UK Police & Action Fraud. I hope this helps others avoid the same scam.

Yeah book and get scammed stay away from these lot check the reviews people before you purchase anything they should be taken off the web page people here paid a lot of money to these bastards thinking they have a flight booked but in reality they haven’t STAY AWAY DONT APPROACH

Scammers! After trying to book flight online then receiving a phone call to confirm flights and pay to then have so called jim tell me there was a spelling mistake on booking by 1 letter wanted to charge me a extra £285 to correct it (emirates direct would of charged me £20) Or if I canceled I'd lose the money I paid £609 after 2 irrated calls back trying to explain to him I had a right to cancel and refund due to money pending and not finalised then getting email off them to say he would correct it for me free, after waiting a week money is still pending but they have already taken it just means the bank cant do nothing until pending goes and now receiving email that the flight was actually £1330 an I had only paid deposit! I was not informed of that and my invoice states fare per person £609

My bank have disputed this and I have just recived there evidence they sent to my bank with a different name different flights different destinations ect so they are now breaching data protection aswel and to top it off they have disappeared from all platforms online and phonelines are invalid

AVOID THE SCAMMERS! I’ve bought a flight ticket for £388 and paid over the phone. Steve sent me the confirmation ticket from Qatar airways. When I called Qatar Airways they said booking is on hold and not confirmed but Steve said it’s confirmed. The next day on Saturday Gavin called and said we didn’t received the money but I checked the bank and money was gone through transaction but the company didn’t accept the money and kept it pending. They sent me a new invoice of £350 and said this is a cheaper ticket so pay for this. I’ve talked to the bank and they said not pay another payment and just wait for the payment to go through. As you see this would be a case for a genius company not for a scam company. Finally after 4 days waiting they have cancelled my ticket and said we are taking the £388 non refundable initial payment as you didn’t pay the 2nd payment!! This is what they sent to me.
The Initial Payment of £388.00 has been forfeited in strict accordance with the Terms and Conditions you accepted upon booking. As detailed under the 'Financial Terms and Payments' section, failure to meet the Final Payment Deadline resulted in the automatic cancellation of the provisional booking and the total forfeiture of the non-refundable Initial Payment.
We confirm that no further payment is required from you for this closed and cancelled booking, and we consider this matter finalized.
I’ve reported a fraud to the bank but this caused me so much hassle and stress. I’m going to complain to Qatar Airways as well as they let the scammer used their system.

This company misleads customers, hides prices, and refuses refunds. I feel completely scammed and manipulated. Avoid Cheap2Fly / Book and Fly — they use pressure tactics and bury crucial information in emails to trap customers.

Scam website for booking flights, DO NOT USE.

AVOID - Scam. They quote you a price like £1000 on the phone, send you a payment link and then once the payment has been taken and you are 'invested' they send an email with a long itinerary and t&c's which they have you respond to confirming it without allowing you the opportunity to review it.

Once you send the confirm and after the call ends part two of the scam starts. They send out an email saying the initial payment (what you thought was the ticket price) was only a deposit or base fare and ask you to pay another extortionate 150% with a deadline with your initial payment being non-refundable.

For victims report to Action Fraud and speak to Citizens Advice for a referral to Trading Standard and file a complaint with your bank.

Awful company, targetting vulnerable elders.

Scammers, don't book with Booknfly, they give a competitive price only then to send confirmation of a hugely expensive flight and a balance to pay. Verbally they say the original price is the base price and that you will be paying the competitive price. No refund and everything is verbal - they ask you to say ok all ok but don't as you are giving your consent to paying the full amount, which is what i did. I have taken it up with my bank as a dispute.

Complete Scam - end of!

Ripped off 2 elderly relatives

Scammers. You book a flight with a competitive price only to find out afterwards that it's only the booking cost and you still have to pay more to get the flights. I bought a ticket at £876.52
and received an invoice for that amount then received another email the next day white stated the initial price was the booking fee and I still had another £1020.00 to pay. Also my initial booking and was with a company called Cheaptofly but the invoice came from Booknfly so I can only presume that it's the same people!!
