I have never experienced something like this!! Paid total 3558 which was confirmed by ‘Steve’ who was deffo an Indian not white could tell by his accent. Paid the money and a day later get an email just like a lot of these reviews have mentioned stating I owe more money (1800 more!!) the man I spoke to threatened there is a deadline and pay up or tickets will be cancelled and will not get our money back. Feel so cheated biggest scammers. Too late for us but guys be careful!!

Like many other reviews, ITS A SCAM. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Go directly to airline website and pay little extra. At least they will honour your booking if something foes wrong at a later stage.
I was charged £1330 for 2 tickets to USA as a final prices which was £250 cheaper than buying direct from United airline website. I regreted this straightaway and I wished I paid £250 extra.
Anyway, After paying full price of £1330, Victor demanded £1900 more to confirm booking and I was shocked to see this. I asked them what that was for and I was told otherwise was for taxes and fees. Luckily I didn't pay extra and raised this as a dispute with my card company. Hopefully I will get a refund from Card company. I still had to buy 2 new tickets directly from United, so I ended up paying more and stress dealing with these muppets.
So lesson here is, Do not get tempted by cheaper price with these fraud people. Dont pay a penny to these guys. Dont even talk to them, as they do not offer online booking. They are not registered with ATOL, so you are not protected. I dont have names but these fraudsters operate under many other webnames and scam people out of their hard earned money. So AVOID AT ALL TIMES.

One star is to much this is scram. The give a price and after few hours they send a email asking for more money. I pay £3330 for a full tickets and ask two after for £3670 to print the ticket. I am very upset with the banks that should give a red flag to no people get scam from them.

The staff is very professional and helpful.

First time ever using this company to book a flight and it won’t be my last either. My agent Steve took me through every detail of the booking as there where parts I wasn’t very sure of. But he so kindly took the time to reassure me and explain to me the parts I was worried about. I even had a courtesy text to make sure I was happy with everything.

This company is not one that you can trust. Told that I had £1740 for flights, then got a bill after paying saying that was just the deposit and had to pay another £2000. I think that they pray on the elderly. I never got back my deposit.

The reviews more than 2 stars are/MUST be FAKE. They are STAMMERS. Everyone saying about charging an amount and then asking for hundreds more afterwards is true and you cant get your money back..PLEASE DO NOT USE. They need to be bankrupt and out of business. Deceitful and liars

Never ever buy tickets from booknfly they are cheaters after booking the tickets they raise the price and make you to pay , please don’t ever trust this site especially person in their team by name Steve Davis very much fraud guy

Scamming thieves scammed me of 3340£ dont use it !!!

They are thieves, paid full price of ticket after two hour got another email asking for more money and mentioning we just display base fare . they are bloody cheats. There is guy called VICTOR { VARUN} is cheat and lures you to give you a further discount. He is big cheat.

Total scam artists. Do not use this company.
First email tells you total cost once you've paid you get another telling you you have to pay more money.
They also use pressure sales to close deals with time limits that put you under pressure to pay.
If I could put a minus rating I would.

Do not make a deal with this company they will call you and offer you a cheap deal before they send you actual cost breakdown,they will send you a pay link ecommpay link to pay agreed amount via phone after completion of the payment they will send you email showing the doubled priced to pay outstanding price.
They refuse to refund and force you to pay extra money.
