Review from Canada and cold winter ☃️

I want to say thank you to this company. My ringbell worked really well with strong winter -40 degrees. I need to recharge a little bit more, but no problem. It's been two winters now. The client service is so gentle, takes time to fix, and helps good until the problem is fixed for people with bad reviews. Maybe it's just a bad employee, but sometimes it's not okay to put the fault on the company. I recommend very much buying a doorbell camera. So thanks to the service client for answering fast and fixing it, and I'll come back for the camera for reviews.

This is the worse company I've ever had the displeasure to deal with. I had the 4 camera set with doorbell. Firstly the doorbell never got any notifications even when people were only 4 ft away secondly the cameras didnt send through any notifications when there were clearly people in the range for notifications. I also have eufy cams (which i was going to swap for so had both up at the same time) which have me the notifications straight away. So whilst being in the return period i decided these were faulty as im not getting any security if i dont get any notifications,(my router has 1 gig download and 150 mb upload, and the cameras were 10 feet from the router) so botslab agreed with a refund and sent me 2 return labels but both are duds the first sent the parcel to nowhereand the second actually send the item back to myself, after i complained again i received a correct label this was on the 11th of march. Which I quickly went back to the post office and sent it. The label say 24 hours delivery which when you check the tracking it is back in Manchester and says its going to be delivered by 12.00 on the 12th. Ive wrote multiple times to botslab explaining ive done all I can, the items were finally signed for and recieved on the 24th of march. Which botlabs seem to of held up the delivery by not choosing a delivery day until i had to get paypal involved, now that was 6 days ago where they have the items back in their warehouse but now saying they dont know where the package is to confirm its been returned. The customer service is just a scripted dialogue of how they are waiting to hear back from their warehouse. Im sure after 6 days now the company should know if the parcel is there. Ive noticed im not the only person botslab have done this too, The cameras are faulty and not worth the money paid. PLEASE LISTEN TO MY ADVICE AND STAY AWAY FROM BOTSLAB YOU'LL REGRET IT IF YOU DON'T.
BOTSLAB IF YOU READ THIS PLEASE ISSUE MY REFUND AS YOU HAVE YOUR ITEMS ALL BACK IN YOUR POSSESSION.

Why do you keep refusing that you have the items returned when I have the tracking proof that they have been returned to "chris" in your Manchester warehouse.

Very disappointing experience with both…

Very disappointing experience with both the product and customer service.

The dash cam worked fine on the first day after installation. However, when I later tried to connect to download videos, it could no longer connect to the device’s Wi-Fi.

I followed all the troubleshooting steps provided by customer support, including resetting the device, reinstalling the app, and reconnecting multiple times, but nothing worked.

What’s most frustrating is that customer service kept asking me to repeat the same steps over and over again for three days, and repeatedly requested videos of the issue. This was extremely time-consuming and exhausting.

Even when I requested a replacement, I was not given a clear solution and was instead asked to repeat the same process again.

Overall, I am very disappointed with both the product quality and the support. I do not recommend it.

BOTSLAB Rear camera connection problem

A bout two weeks ago, I bought BOTSLAB Dash Cam G980H after looking for the best dash cam in the market. I had a problem viewing the rear camera but the problem came to an abrupt end when I sought help from BOTSLAB human customer service.
Though I am not that good technically, the lady at the human customer service explained all the steps I need to take to view the rear camera.
She took time to explain everything which made me understand how easy it was. The lady at the human customer service made my day. Her patience and understanding made me feel cared for. I hope she continues helping others because, the dash cam is a must have for a saver motoring.

Recently bought a dashcam last year…

Recently bought a dashcam last year from botslab. I went with them because of me also having their ver1 doorbell camera from a Kickstarter years ago. Kelly the customer rep helped with getting a replacement for my front facing camera due to the left hinge becoming ajar. They provided easy, convenient and quick service that will make sure I'm able to stay safe on the road.

W510 camera set with Homebase

Have got the new W510 camera set with the home base.
Had some difficulties with the camera’s connection and screening on my phone a week ago.
Contacted the support got Kelly from the IT department.
They checked a few things and settings
Asked me to do some tests from my site and it got resolved in 2 days

terrible substandard service and incompetent staff

ABSOLUTELY TO BE AVOIDED!
Botslab does not comply with European regulations whereby goods purchased online can be returned unconditionally. This is an absolute condition, but they appear to be engaging in more fraudulent sales practices.
They refuse returns.

We bought the G980H front and back…

We bought the G980H front and back facing dashcam which is a sleek looking camera. This model doesn't support pressing a button to capture events manually i.e., for poor driving or funny incidents however you can find everything in the app under time loop. The app is easy to use and the camera itself is simple to set up. The customer service center is very efficient, a lady called Kelly helped with a few questions and even sent out some additional hardware and extended our warranty. She was great, thanks Kelly!

Great camera, horrible app

Constantly reloading, to no avail. No continuity on notifications. Horrible sensitivity. They blame my network, despite my other door cameras (Feit, Ring, Energizer) working fine. This seems to be the same issue that others have been dealing with. Have had it for months now. 0 updates.

L'assistenza Botslab prende in giro i clienti

L'assistenza botslab promette da oltre 10 giorni un rimborso parziale del 70% dopo aver riconosciuto il mancato funzionamento notturno, ma i soldi non arrivano mai, e di giorno in giorno trovano nuove scuse per posticipare il rimborso. VERGOGNOSI!!!

Sono felice di non aver acquistato dal loro sito, a quest'ora sarei totalmente fregata! Chiederò reso con rimborso totale ad Amazon e non comprerò MAI PIÙ NIENTE da Botslab!!

Купил у этой компании три камеры

Купил у этой компании три камеры. С камерами они дают на год запись пяти секундных роликов событий. Когда покупал было описание что есть непрерывное запись архива. Я связался с техподдержкой сказал что недоволен семи секундами роликами событий так как покупал и думал что будет полная история. Техподдержка меня убедила что надо купить сервисный план на 10 камер на год и тогда будет полная запись видео тридцатидневный истории. Это оказалось не так в реальности записывается опять те же кратковременные ролики и невозможно просмотреть полноценно видеозапись. В итоге потратил три месяца 10:00 переписки с техподдержкой и может быть верну деньги за сервисный план на год я так надеюсь. Сейчас пробую добиться отправить назад эти по моему усмотрению плохие камеры и вернуть за них свои деньги. Пытался оставить у них отзыв на их ресурсы но и этого они не дают сделать. Не рекомендую покупать этот продукт так как будут одни проблемы.

Horrible customer service and refund gimmick.

The purchase process was simple and it seemed like customer service was great. However after about two or three weeks of testing out the system and realizing how bad the quality was and how much skipping and lagging the system went through missing important events multiple times. I decided to return the product for a full refund as customer support stated that I could do. So I went ahead and got my shipping return label and sent everything back one hundred percent. Once the package reached them I realized they only partially refunded my order. They did not.
Refund me for the doorbell camp.They did not Refund my doorbell cam. I have been talking to their customer support for more than a month. They Said they determined that their warehouse never received a doorbell camera even though I took multiple time, date, GPS stamped photos of all of the contents in the package, including being mailed off at the USPS center... They are still denying receiving the camera. Not trusted , there are many other brands out there that are much better for way less money. My $5 temu camera caught more important stuff that bought lab completely missed.

Avoid!! Terrible customer setvice

I cannot get the doorbell to pair with my phone. The issue has been going on for months. Customer service is awful. No one is available to actually speak to on the phone. They sent a video - which is pay-to-view! I previously had some email exchanges, but from the robotic and generic responses, am suspicious that there was not actually a human sending the replies. They have refused to refund me and have stopped responding altogether now. Avoid!!
