Le site internet est fluide et permet de voir les produits adaptés à chaque chevelure. Les produits sont packagés avec soin et la qualité est au rdv. Seul bémol, la livraison via GLS où le tracking est compliqué et ils ne retrouvaient pas mon colis en point relais.

I love these products…can’t be without the Superhold Styler. Cannot wait to test out the new weather proof range. Can’t fault this company- love their message, their ethos & their products. Was worried Brexit would ruin things but they’ve worked around that minus customs charges & even my rewards carried over. That & my quick delivery - 5 stars all the way

I just purchased the 30 day challenge kit and I was deeply dissappointed. The cleansing products are ok-ish but I do not notice any difference. Nonetheless, the curl cream and curl gel have proven worse than the regular supermarket products: they leave my hair sticky, dry and straw-like. I read some reviews about this but I thouught "it would not happen to me"... well, it did. Sorry, not purchasing again and definitely not recommend it.

So far I’ve only had good experiences with Boucleme products. They also have good and super friendly customer service and surprisingly quick shipping! My curls seriously look better with especially the curl cream lightweight and curl gel.

It was a fast delivery to the Netherlands. I am trying out the 30 days waves kit.
This is the first shampoo what not dry out my hair. I also love the conditioner. I also bought the proteïn drops, but I don't know yet if it works. The strong hold gel is strong and also good for refreshing. But on some days my curls disappear and it is fluffy.

I do love the products, whenever I've gotten them. But shipping is ridiculous! I ordered hair products on the 3rd of August,(to Ireland) 21 days later it still has not arrived!! It's a shame because I really wanted them to do my hair for a special occasion.

Erste Bestellung war in Ordnung. Zweite Bestellung war etwas ausgelaufen. Bei der adritten Bestellung hat einfach zweidrittel der Bestellung gefehlt, warte noch auf eine Lösung. Werde definitiv nicht mehr dort bestellen
