⭐️ 1 Star – Misleading “RRP” pricing on LEGO sets

I recently saw LEGO set #76240 (Batmobile Tumbler) listed in the Brands for less app with a claimed “RRP AED 2,100” and “40 % off to AED 1,259.”
That’s completely misleading — this set has never had an official retail price anywhere near AED 2,100.
LEGO’s official retail prices were about USD $229 / EUR €269 (≈ AED 1,050–1,150). Even today in UAE, large retailers such as Virgin Megastore sell it for around AED 999–1,149.

Artificially inflating the “regular price” to exaggerate discounts is false advertising and unfair to consumers who trust the platform.
Retailers should display verified RRPs or clearly mark the comparison price as a previous selling price, not an imaginary one.

Until this practice is fixed, I’d recommend double-checking prices on official LEGO or reputable stores before buying through this app.

appreciate Michelle for her kindness and great service!

I had been searching for a good warm jacket for my Ladakh trip for the past 15 days but couldn’t find the right one anywhere in Dubai. Then I visited Brand4Less Al Ghubaiba branch and met Michelle — she completely changed my experience!

At first, I just asked to try one jacket from the display, and she kindly guided me, asking what kind of jacket I was looking for. When I mentioned I needed something suitable for minus-degree temperatures, she immediately started helping me with full effort. Even when I was in the changing room, she personally came with 4–5 more options for me to try.

Thanks to her patience and dedication, I finally found three perfect jackets and a pair of shoes. Michelle is truly kind-hearted, professional, and knows how to understand a customer’s needs. I was so touched by her sincerity and genuine care.

Thank you so much, Michelle ❤️❤️❤️you made my shopping experience wonderful! I promised her I’ll definitely visit again and buy more from her in the future🥰🥰🥰 once again thank you so much dear 💕 god bless you 🌸🙏❤️

Absolutely terrible experience at Price…

Absolutely terrible experience at Price For Less in Dubai Marina. The store is a complete mess – clothes are dirty, stained, and crammed together on racks so tightly that it’s impossible to see anything properly.

To make things worse, when customers point out these issues, the staff (including the manager, Ada) just dismiss the comments and start speaking in Chinese in front of you so that you don’t understand. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

On top of that, they refused to offer any refund or gesture of goodwill when I tried to return an item the very next day.

This is by far one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had in Dubai. Avoid this place.

It’s a scam!! I can’t get my money back for one month !!
Incredibly unprofessional, can’t believe this company can exist in uae
Since 17 August you can't come and pick up the return items. I have complained for one week in a raw, keep getting assured that it will be done tomorrow. For the last one month- tomorrow!
Super unprofessional, the company itself and each of customer service who was telling me , don’t worry tomorrow we will collect.

Very Disappointed – Never Shopping Here Again

Very unpleasant experience in returning items. They completely refused to accept the return even though the item was in perfect condition. No flexibility, no customer care.

Also, most sizes are never available within one branch – you find something you like, but good luck finding your size! Feels more like a clearance dump than a proper shopping experience.

Terrible service and poorly managed inventory. I expected better.

I returned items, and after two weeks the customer care support tells me this is with the courier and they can not do anything.

I have been scammed by Brands for less

I have been scammed by Brands for less.

They issued a refund and i never received it. They provided an ARN number to check with my bank. Nothing was ever done or processed from their side.

Their customer service is very bad and they just do not care. It has been now almost a month from their 14 day policy. Not acceptable.

Their customer service support, is making fun of me instead of being actually helpful. You should be ashamed of your self.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY MONEY. THE BANK CONFIRMED IT. YOU ARE SCAMERS.

I will contact the police.

Really disappointed with the service

Really disappointed with the service. My order was super late, and there was barely any communication or updates. I reached out on WhatsApp, but it took them about an hour just to respond — and even then, the answers were vague and unhelpful.

It’s frustrating to wait so long with no clear explanation, especially after already paying. Customer service didn’t seem interested in actually solving the issue.

Not a great experience — definitely makes me think twice before ordering again.

MANAGER TALK BAD WORDS FRONT OF CUSTOME

I am regular shopper in brand for less..and i am disappointed on what i hear in brandd for less sharja central,bcos one of the staff talk bad to other staff saying the words "TANGA or STUPID" infront of customer.Her name badge is JOLLIE and as i see shes the manager there..is this how should be treated your staff bcos they have there position? as i see the staff there aree very accomodating and trying there selves to fullfill their worrk and as i heard and other customer too this manager doesnt give value to the people who help be success inside shop..
please brand for less try to train your managers and listen tto the voice employees..hope to give he proper action for tthe sake of other.

BRAND FOR MORE MOT LESS.

They have really changed to be worse and worse. Prices are like any other shop and more, no more good brands...unknown brands, bad quality. I no longer stop by thier shop like I used to, neither my family. Their policy require serious review.

Pathetic service and zero accountability!

I had the worst experience with For Less Online Store. I ordered a pair of shoes, but had a size issue. I returned them in perfect condition—but just because I tried them on, they refused to issue a refund.

What’s worse? They didn’t even bother to inform me. For almost a month, I kept calling. Every time, I was told, “You’ll get your refund in 15 working days.” This happened at least five times.

Finally, after over 20 days of chasing, they casually told me I’m not eligible for a refund—something they had apparently decided long ago! So why mislead me with false promises and waste my time?

And just when I thought it was over, they asked me to confirm a store location to resend the shoes for collection. I did—but it’s been two weeks with no update. No message, no tracking. I’m guessing I’ll have to call them another five times just to track my own order.

Unprofessional, careless, and misleading. Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Avoid this store at all costs.
