In Deira city center and Festival city customer service is very bad and always very messy, dirty, that's why I decided to order online which was better idea and better variety!

Though I waited also very long about 30 min in Deira city center receiving at their "special" cashier for online orders without any excuses.

I just visited diera branch brand for less I was looking for XOXO bRand sleepers I already informed the sales lady but Shes busy Doing here merchandising . New stock camed but unfortunately no body wants to assist when I ask the saleman guy as what he said better to order online. What a good advise they don't want sale???im. Not happy for this please prioritise your customers

I AM NEVER ORDERING FROM BRANDS FOR LESS. THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST! PEOPLE ARE WORKING AND THEY ARE ALREADY HAVING VACATION. THEY HAVE NO VALUE IN TIME. DELIVERY IS SO LATE. NO CONSIDERATION TO CUSTOMERS. THE LAST CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT WHO ANSWERED MY CALL SOUNDED LIKE HE HAS NO MORE STRENGTH TO TAKE THE CALL. I HAVE NO PLANS ORDERING AGAIN. I REGRET I TRUSTED. I THOUGHT IF IT WILL A PICK UP OPTION IT WILL BE FASTER. LOOOOL

I went to Brands for Less in Deira City Center and two cashiers(ladies), one from Philippines (Darlene)and another one was local (Reem)made fun of me and disrespected me. She was telling me something which I didn’t understand in the first go so she assumed that I don’t understand English since I am an Indian and she repeated the sentence in a sarcastic way and both of them started laughing loudly in front of other customers. I felt so humiliated and was shocked to see such Racism in a brand like that. On speaking to the manager of the store he said he will check the matter later, one more customer confirmed to the manager that the staff misbehaved with me. It’s been couple of days now but I can’t get over it as every other customer saw this happening. I know that UAE has zero tolerance for Racism and I will make sure to take a legal action against them.

they don't deserve any single star, the customer service is so poor,.they are greedy with money. I had a very bad experience with the item I purchased, they don't even bother to change

I have bought two kids spiderman school bags from brand for less. I am really amazed by their packing and the delivery time. The carton is very strong and bags are also good. Nice presentation

I bought a Cavalli suitcase two weeks before my flight, the suitcase did not even last the first flight and cracked. When I approached brands for less they responded that they do not refund after two weeks anymore.. Very poor service and very poor quality product.

The online store is a nightmare. After applying for a refund they said will come next day and collect the items. I have been waiting for 10 days called them twice and they said yes will come soon and nobody shows up.
Do not buy online! They are not capable of providing a good services and are definitely not prepared for that.....

Why is it brandforless Yas Mall Branch is not included in-store Pickup?...it is much more convenient if you are living in Yas Island.....

I have a question why is branded skin cares are cheap at BRL store. Recently I bought Pixi toner and patches as well other skin care products so cheap. Usually they cost in Sephora triple price ? When I went again It was out of stock.

I have received a pair of shoes which left one is fake and the right one is original. Requested to return. Waste of time. I was a long time customer for them. This is the third time I'm receiving fake shoes in 2023.

The cancel order DO NOT CREDIT YOU UNTIL A COUPLE OF WEEKS LATER!!! NEVER EVER ADVISE THE CUSTOMER THAT THE ITEM WAS CANCELED THIS IS THE THIRD TIME IT HAPPEN TO ME AND THEY SAY OH IT WAS DAMAGED ....REALLY 3 TIMES!!!!!! 3 DIFFERENT ORDERS!!!!!!! THE PRODUCTS ARE BECOMING WORSE AND I FEEL THEY ARE USED.

Brand for less is a worst store in terms of customer service. Once you buy the things if you don’t like or it doesn’t fit they refuse to exchange. It recently happened with me and I’ll no longer buy anything from them. My order # Order # A8856330003.
