I purchased a TUCCI luggage bag from the Brand for Less Motor City branch on November 6, 2024, attracted by the "Designed in Italy" label and the prominent "10-year warranty" sticker. However, my experience has been a complete nightmare.
After just one trip, the bag was completely destroyed – a wheel broken and the body cracked, despite being wrapped at the airport. Upon returning to Dubai, I went straight to the Motor City branch to address the issue. The Filipina branch manager was incredibly rude and dismissive. She claimed there was only a 2-week warranty, contradicting the 10-year warranty clearly stated on the bag. She accused me of lying when I said I wasn't informed of the 2-week warranty at the time of purchase, siding with the cashier who falsely claimed she had told me. I only bought the bag because of the 10 years warranty.
The manager then told me to contact customer service, as she couldn't do anything. My initial call to customer service resulted in a promise of a follow-up, which never came. Subsequent calls yielded vague assurances and further broken promises of updates. Finally, a customer service representative bluntly told me that Brand for Less offers NO warranty on any items, and that I was wasting my time calling. She was extremely rude and told me to do whatever I want.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The product was of extremely poor quality, the branch manager was rude and unhelpful, and the customer service was a complete joke. I feel completely deceived and ripped off. Do not trust the warranty claims on their products. I will never shop at Brand for Less again and strongly advise others to avoid them.
Absolute scam
Absolute scam, useless website, useless customer care. I ordered impact driver and realised that it copied the wrong address from paypal, tried calling them on, emailing them and contacting them through their website form and nothing. No response, absolutely useless, avoid at all cost!
Payment method glitch but you bear the brunt
I was shopping on the website availing a discount offer. When I went for the payment, it didn't show me pay by debit/credit card. I tried to log in again and used a different browser but the problem was still there. I had no other option but to choose "cash on delivery". I lost the offer, and they charged me for it to be picked up at a pickup point. I have the screenshot with me as well but I am not sure how to share it here.
I talked to the CSRs numerous times but all they said was. We cannot do anything about it. Their website had a problem and I had to pay for the delivery charges. Pathetic.
Brands 4 Less: Al Ain Mall …
The Brands for Less staff in Al Ain Mall are absolutely wonderful. They are friendly, helpful and always have a smile on their faces. I'm always looking forward to going to this store.
Good old days are gone
This used to be a nice place for shopping with good prices and nice brands. But it all started to change a couple of years ago. Good and luxury brands were removed and/or prices went up.
Today you can find most of what they are selling in other outlet stores at much better prices.

I received a gift card"smile " from the abushagara store itself and the staff didn't know why is the card not working . Said Inactive. It took them over 30 mins and more sorting this issue with the IT .
Was super disappointed to see how the staff work on an issue so poorily. Had to stand at the counter for 30+ mins .
Dianne , Jovianne and the other last staff were clueless has to how to get this issue sorted .

Receiving a gift card , should make you shopping experience a happy one , not upsetting one like what I went through .
Kindly try sorting this issue with GIFTCARDS for future customers .

POOR STAFF KNOWLEDGE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Tried to use a gift card from U got a gift. Staff did not know how to use it on their system. So instead of finding out told me I couldn't use it. Been to Decathlon, Toys R Us, Sketchers, Starbucks and used it online with Amazon with no issues. Asked why I couldn't use it and supervisor/ manager told me they didn't know how to process it. I needed to call customer services to sort it out. Which doesn't help me in a shop as it's them who need to know how to process it, not me.

I never asked for exception before. MISS Lairen in ibn batuta branch was so rude and not helpful at all!!
