Horrible experience!

Horrible experience!! They sent the wrong sizes from what we ordered and Berwin (customer service agent ) was very rude !!! Who hired him and for what ??? Disrespectful and rude !!! The management doesn't seem to care in a way customers are treated !

I ordered Michael Kors pants and the next day my order was deleted, allegedly out of stock. one of the workers saw and one of employees took herswlf my order. I became disillusioned with Brand for Less Company. very dissatisfied. sometimes incorrectly indicates the clothing composition. and mostly the type of clothes are very old

I used to go to there every week

I used to go to there every week, one time I bought rebook shoe from them for work, after 3 month the shoe looked like it 4 years old, the leather came out and hols everywhere, and customer service they said we can't do anything after 14 days

Poor Management and Unwelcoming Environment at Brands for less RAK

I recently visited Brand For Less at RAK and unfortunately had an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the staff, particularly the manager, lacked professionalism and customer service skills.
The manager, a lady named Janice with a name badge, was unhelpful and dismissive when I approached her with a question about a product. Instead of providing assistance, she seemed disinterested and brushed off my concerns. Her attitude was not only off-putting but also reflected poorly on the store as a whole.
Overall, my experience at Brand For Less was incredibly disappointing, largely due to the unprofessionalism of the manager and the overall lack of care for customer satisfaction. Also lot many staff members were sneezing and coughing, being without masks while being sick. When i asked a staff why she was not taking sick leave, she mentioned that the manager won't pay for sick leave and that she would not approve for the sick leave unless its very serious as per her,
It's evident that the store manager, Janice, prioritizes profit over the well-being of their employees and the satisfaction of customers. Firstly, it's concerning to witness a manager who refuses to allow their employees to take sick leave when needed. This not only puts undue pressure on the staff but also risks the health and safety of both employees and customers. It's unacceptable to prioritize productivity over the health of individuals.
I will not be returning and would caution others against visiting RAK store until significant improvements are made.

I am a regular client coz I really…

I am a regular client coz I really loved the items from brand for less (al ghazal mall branch)I usually visiting their shop almost everyday..There are only 3 staffs which I considered are approchable and the rest are not!..Manager was not consistent to being approchable to their clients..She should trained her staff to be nice to all the guests..at all time.When you asked something to them they just ignoring you as if you cannot afford to buy..and they don’t have label to those Items should’nt try for testing..they should learn how to respect and smiled their clients.My experienced today was not good and it was very bad!..Hope the owner of this shop some do some action.

I have very bad experience with brands for less I placed an order online 2 times (42 size) suddenly when I opened it I find first of all different model and second it wasn’t the size that I choose ,it was women for first time 38and second time 40 I’m so disappointed .when I went to return it they refused and tell now I didn’t get my money back .

I ORDERED 3 SETS OF DEMDACO CANDLE HOLDER WHITE (2 SETS) ONLINE AND WHAT WAS ONLY DELIVERED WAS 1 SET COMPLETE AND 2 PIECES OF THE SMALL ONE! TAKE NOTE THE PRICE IN YOUR ONLINE STORE IS AED 35 AND YOU ARE ONLY GIVING ME AED 14 AS OCN FOR THE 2 BIG PIECES?! DO YOU THINK THAT IS REASONABLE?! FIRST OF ALL, YOU KNOW THAT YOUR ITEMS ARE ALREADY INCOMPLETE SO WHY DID YOU STILL DELIVER IT?! ARE YOU MAKING A FOOL OUT OF THE CUSTOMER?! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! Expensive now not good at all

Before brand for less good now it’s too expensive even you buy now example before polo lacoste is 129 now 279 do you image now double price. Better you buy in the shop of lacoste better it’s more cheap than brand for less.all branded now in this store is expensive.not good at all

1week ago i purchase a watch but we…

1week ago i purchase a watch but we dont like what we see in web site and than we rise a request for a return but courier people send a sma befor they arrive for collect the items and suddunly they cancal the collection without any resion. Its happen twicely. Customer service also giving just formality reply but customer service is very very poor. I suggest to do not purchase from the store or online from brand for less.
0 customer service.

Goods Quality and customer service

Over time, the quality of the goods sold becomes worse and worse. Customer service is as bad as it gets. Especially the Dubai Mall branch. It no longer feels like "Brands For Less" been shopping with them since 2013. I think it's time to reconsider this.

BAD1

I made an order from brands for less on the 24th nov, and received a message that it has been handed over to the courier service on the 25th nov. and on the way to my location.

On 26th I got a call and a WhatsApp message from SkyEx courier requesting I share my location and I did.

Hours passed no call to deliver my order. The next day being 26th Nov, I called them and they said I will receive my order on the 27th. Mind you, this order is a present for someone and am supposed to give it on 27th Nov .

28th Nov, I had to call brands for less to complain about the delay and was told they will do a follow up requesting the courier to deliver my order ASAP.

Today is 30th Nov, am still the one calling the courier for my order and they seems not to be giving me hope.

I have called brands for less to cancel the order and refund me. I hope they will not take forever to do that.

Bought Lacoste shoes for my daughter…

Bought Lacoste shoes for my daughter from BFL Burjuman Center store. She wore it after 2 weeks of purchase and the suede leather cracked in the first use itself. I went back to return it to Burjuman store but the staff refused citing the reason that it’s more than 14 days. They don’t want to admit poor quality of the product. Store manager asked me get the approval from customer service.
Customer service kept telling that I should speak to the store manager. They treat customers like a ping pong ball! Tossing them around and giving no solution!
Pathetic experience! Would never recommend to buy anything from them!
