This place must be a scam! I ordered 1,5months ago and have not received anything so far. Customer service is non existent! They still claim to be swamped with emails from Christmas sales! Now they claim not to be able to find my address. Don’t buy from them!

I can’t give them a lower star, so I’m left with one out of five.

We purchased a gun, there was a problem with it, they said they would work on it, and we have never heard from them again.

I tried calling, and it just gives a message to someplace called Google review.

Don’t buy anything from them.

I purchased a packaged deal on the site and was only sent partial order of the package. Now that claim that I received all items when only partial was shipped.

Ordered in early November in hopes of receiving before Christmas. As of today (January 20th) it still has not arrived. Now the company is not responding to emails or answering phone calls. Such a disappointment

this place must be a scam! I got an incomplete order and can not get any replies on any emails on an order placed in December. i guess I will have to call my bank and dispute the charges.

The price to qualify ratio is sickening. This gun should be a lot cheaper for the low quality you get. Very cheap quality. Do not buy this, is it is rip off.

Ordered on the 6th of December for 10 day delivery....still waiting!! What a sham of a company!!! Definitely not worth the hype!!! Playing with children's emotions and just letting them down!! How dare they!!! NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY if I could give no stars I would.

I wish I could give a zero. Took weeks to get to me. And it wasn’t anywhere near what I ordered. It is so cheap and ugly. I was shocked at how poor the quality. I thought it was a joke! I reached out to the owner and asked for a return label so I could send it back and he wouldn’t even respond to me. I finally had to do a dispute on my credit card and then he finally responded. I’m still waiting for that shipping label to send it back. This is a sham business. Based out of China. Run don’t walk. Do not buy from this website.

I ordered my grandson a realistic gun from Brick Arsenal on 11/26 for Christmas. Website said delivery would be in 21-24 days. As of today, 12/26, it has not arrived and in fact just made it to the US from Ali express. We missed Christmas and had to buy him something else since I do not know if this is actually coming or not. I would give zero stars if it was possible. Best advice is do not waste your money. Just allow plenty of time and order directly from Ali Express.
Edit, as of 01/10, still no gun, no communication and no refund. My bank is investigating my a transaction dispute.
2nd Edit - as of 01/14. Still nothing. Waiting for my bank to complete the dispute. It will take 90 days.

Ordered in November, arrived December 24 despite stated 15 days to receive. Emailed several times to get updates, as they don’t have a customer service number, and it took over 48 hours to reply each time. ‘American company’ posted all over their page, however made and shipped from China. Came in a generic box, all parts loose inside, instructions only in Chinese. Hoping the returns process is easy enough because the toys are poorly made junk and way too expensive for what it is. The back-up we ordered from Amazon (when we realized it may not arrive in time) is better quality and less than half the price, and arrived in two days. It’s a really cool concept, and I hope this co. gets their act together, but do not waste your time or money here.

Fake , scamming website with fake reviews. Got scammed for over £130. Wonder how it's up and running

Customer Support is non-existent. They claim to be based in Florida, but they are shipping from Ali Express out of China. Their products are not Made in the US. I have requested a refund 3 days in a row, well within the 24 hour period the first time, and have received no response. This company is a scam with zero honesty about who they are or what they are selling.

I order this for my son’s birthday on 11.22.24 and it finally showed up (from CHINA) on 12.17.24! Not high quality at all not for the price! I don't see it lasting a couple pretend combat theaters! They need to remove the, “made in the USA” from their website since all the IKEA level instructions were in Chinese! Save your money!

Ordered online after my son saw the product in YouTube videos. Ordered on 11/28. Had no idea it was shipping from China and the product still has not left China. Spent almost $200 and worried based on these reviews it won't come. Plan on disputing with my bank. I have tried to call the # and left several messages with no reply. Also no reply to emails.

I placed my order for my son's christmas present on 11/28! When I received tracking info I realized it was a Chinese company! NOT US like their website states. My order still hasn't moved or arrived. I've contacted them via email, no response. Called the number on the website no one answers. States Google user can not be located! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Don’t buy from this company. I made a purchase for £72 on 31/10/24 and did not receive my order. I have made brick arsenal aware by emailing them several times. They will not give me a refund. Their advice is for me to try and find the order via the courier although they insist the courier say delivery was made.

I ordered a Christmas gift for my son on October 11 and it was missing an item. I sent numerous emails and they keep giving me the run around. Its Dec 3rd and still have not received what I order. If I could I would give them no stars. I've called the phone number on the website and nothing. People don't buy from this company!

Received the parcel within 11 days from purchase, so that's good. BUT! It came from China and the bullets and instructions that I paid for were not included. It takes forever for them to respond to emails or they don't respond at all. Product came from China, there's Chinese marking everything and even a store name that I researched and found on Aliexpress. Scam company pretending to be US based.
