I ordered a gun for my grandson. His parents wouldn’t let him keep it so I’ve tried for 3 months to return it. They responded at first but then it’s crickets. Don’t buy from them.

I'd give my review zero stars if I could. I ordered a product more than 20 days ago, and, despite inquiries, have no information on the status of the shipment. The tracking feature they provide gives no information. I'm afraid this company is a scam, so please proceed with caution.

Terrible quality. Not worth the money. Took forever to arrive. The gun is extremely cheap and way smaller than it should be. My son saw it on some YouTube channel and frankly that YouTuber should be ashamed for promoting this trash. My 13 yr old spent $60 of his hard earned money on this and it looks like a $5 Walmart toy.

Have never received my order. Tracking through Shop app is a joke. Tracks nothing. Have never received any response to my emails or messages. No phone number to contact. I should have reviewed first, my kid was excited about it and worked to earn the money to purchase the product. COMPLETE DISSAPPOINTMENT.

Total scam. Definitely not anywhere near the quality they claimed. Box came with zero instructions and also shipped out of China. Very low quality (think dollar store) and not worth what we paid. The box didn't have any Brick Arsenal branding nor did the product. Everything was just tossed in the box without any additional packing, a disappointing purchase. Save your money and don't buy from them. Go to Walmart and buy a nerf branded gun instead, will be cheaper and better quality.

Scam - terrible product quality and no response to emails. I did a least get what I ordered but it's a load of rubbish. Don't use

Total scam. We did eventually receive the gel blaster gun we ordered (shipped from China), but never received the additional battery and gel beads that were part of the order. The gun doesn’t work, just sends out broken gel beads. I emailed 3 times requesting to return and they never responded to my emails. I have filed a fraud claim with my bank to get my money back.

Complete scammers. I ordered my order 2 months ago and it hasn't come. They gave me a tracking number that first said 7 days next week it said 14 days now it says 18 days. Do not buy from brick arsenal they just scam and take your money.

Hello, i ordered there all weapons pack form them 3 months ago or so and only the barret 50 cal lego arrived. I send a email to them and they say i downgraded to one which is not an option. I would either like my money back or for them to send me a replacment because this is not tolarable for me. To anyone who sees this, stay away from theese dirty dropshippers. I also ordered the sig17 and it never arrived. I reported them to local authorities and they said they will look into it. I just hope someone takes action to remove him. Also, his youtube videos are kinda innaproiate.
