We are glad we chose Bridgend Ford for our recent Fiesta Active purchase. Our previous car had been stolen and replacing it wasn’t easy. Nigel Evans was the best of the salespeople we met in various dealerships and when we decided on Bridgend Ford he made the whole process easy. He also quickly sorted a small after-sales issue. Always friendly but totally courteous and professional we felt able to trust Nigel. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Customer service is key to us and having visited other Ford garages in West Wales we decided to visit Bridgend Ford and were not disappointed.
Following a warm welcome we were introduced to the friendly and bubbly Bethan Waring, Product Specialist, who guided us through the options available arranging a test drive, resulting in the purchase of a new Puma ST.
Bethan kept us updated with progress and made all of the arrangements for a seamless paperwork visit with Sales Manager Dave Allan and collection.

Living on the North Wales Coast, Bridgend Ford is about as far away from me in Wales as I could go, but with keen interest in the Ford Nugget I first visted the dealership a little over two weeks ago (June 2022). Andrew greated me with the warmest of welcomes, and took the time to get to know me and what it was my wife and myself were looking for. Two weeks later and the need arose for a new car for work. Again, after searching North Wales I found exactly what I needed at Bridgend and reserved a car online. I was then emailed and called by Tom from the used car team which was excellent and we arranged a test drive went through the deal and the car was bought. This meant a trip down again to pick up my new car and an opportunity for my wife to visit and have a look for herself at the Nugget..... Two hours later that morning, a couple of cups of Coffee and a very relaxed and comfortable chat with Andrew and the Nugget is on order and the countdown has started to it being built for us to our exact specifications. Can't thank Andrew, Tom and the rest of the team at Bridgend Ford for their excellent customer service, great knowledge of their products and relaxing atmosphere to make buying not one but two vehicles in two short weeks possible. Very pleased with how I was dealt with when purchasing my car

I never give reviews ever but I felt I needed to inform you about my experience. I bought a 2013 Ford Focus first of all the service stickers were loose and not all there I had to ask salesman where they were? He then looked on his computer and completed stickers and stuck them in book. Second of all there was knocking noise on engine so I took it in to be looked at and it took few days. Then I noticed the door seals were falling off it took them another 2 days and they didn’t even do it properly. They did a rush job. The positive thing is they allowed me to swap focus for a 2015 fiesta as I was unhappy with these issues. So I collected the fiesta and at home I noticed a nail in back tyre. I called servicing and he said i could have got nail on way home. I checked paperwork and nail had been in since 2021. Something told me to check the boot to see if there was a spare tyre etc and there was nothing. The salesman did order me a new tyre but the point is for safety reasons due to nail there should have been a spare wheel etc. I sent a complaint to the sales manager about the nail in tyre etc and I didn’t even get an apology.

Do not use Bridgend Ford for any after care especially if your car is under warranty. We have had an issue with our car for over a year and they could not diagnose the fault. We then had to take it to a local garage to find the fault, who found it within 15 minutes. When returning our car to Bridgend Ford and explaining to them what the fault was they reluctantly changed the part under warranty and didn't offer any refund or compensation for the time and money we have had to pay out because of their lack of expertise. Snice receiving email conversations back and fore we have realised how little customer service skills they possess and will not be using Bridgend Ford again.

I recently bought a used ford Kuga from Bridgend ford which I can not rate enough the experience of buying the car was brilliant very relaxed and informative even if I did look at 3 different ones. The finance options where explained well to me done a few different ways the options I could add on where explained well. When I arrived to pick the car up the process was quick and the car from the outside looked great for a 2nd hand car.

What I am a little disappointed with is when I got home and being me and a car detailer I started to get it to just how it needed to be which is where I found fault and it could of simply been a little more attention to detail and it would of been perfect. I did send an email with pictures explaining that I understand it's a 2nd hand car but it might be worth passing my findings on to the valters department. Too which I haven't heard a thing back which has resulted in the drop of a start.

Excellent service making collection of my new car and hand over of my old very straightforward.

Recently purchased a Ford kuga from Bridgend ford, we were looked after by Mr Dave Allen who is first class we were kept informed of delivery times, we are very pleased with the Ford kuga.

Staff are great, the location is easy to find (if you’re not from the area) and there is a great variety of stock.

My first time buying a new car from Bridgend Ford but when I found out Dave Allen had left my old dealership and started at this location I knew I wouldn’t be disappointed in following him. Dave kept me up to date with all events that were happening with my order, and as you can imagine there was a lot due to the Pandemic. Dave made every potential negative into a positive.

The review i was going to write about my experience with your establishment has just climbed from 0/1 out of 5 to a 4, due to the actions of one person. Lyndsey. I suggest you keep hold of her, and maybe promote her to allow your ‘review rating’ to increase by cutting down on the bad reviews due to customer service ‘mishaps’.
Lyndsey (Lynsey?) would probably best tell you the story of how i nearly wrote a one star review, between the two visits to get my steering rattle and (non existent) key free locking fixed and the mysterious charges the department tried to make, it will make for uncomfortable listening. Your customer experience in the aftersales/service side needs a wake up call.
