Breve Tempo di attesa della navetta che dall'aeroporto vi porta all'auto parco distante pochi kilometri. La consegna del veicolo è veloce. Il veicolo viene consegnato pulito e deve essere riconsegnato pulito quindi vi consiglio di valutare bene se fare un' assicurazione aggiuntiva che vi copre tutte le spese compresa quest' ultima.

VERY BAD and SAD EXPERIENCE, damaging for Italy's overall picture. The company seems also to be slightly cheaper in comparison to the expensive rentals at the airport. Well, now we know why. The shuttle from the airport to the rental was unsafe, overloaded and with no option to fasten the seatbelts. The rental car missed a radio, no USB etc. We have filmed the car upon pick up and return and could not notice any damages. Bringo was missing upon return (national holiday) and we were asked to just leave the car. So we did - after 3 days we were informed that the deposit has been unlocked. After 2 days I could see that another 200 EUR has been booked on my CC - apparently there was a tiny scratch, but nobody bothered to inform me about it. The car had many scratches like this, but apparently this one was worth 200 EUR (so the liability maximum) and needs to be fixed asap. Additionally the tiny dot might have been made after we have left the parking - Bringo did not comment on that.
Our overall impression is sad - ripping off tourists on details, the company clearly compensates the lower rental cost with its attitude towards alleged damages. NOT YOUR CHOICE, equally as whole Sicily and its driving habits.

Ho noleggiato un’auto con Bringo Car Rental e mi sono trovato benissimo. Il personale è stato super disponibile, puntuale e gentile. L’auto era pulita e in ottime condizioni. Servizio efficiente e senza sorprese. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Ottimo autonoleggio vicino all’aeroporto ma ti portano la macchina ovunque! Siamo arrivati e ci sono venuti a prendere direttamente in aeroporto, consegnato l’auto in pochi minuti. Il personale super disponibile e affidabile.

Very bad experience!
Huge sums were subsequently deducted for alleged damage and cleaning. Fortunately, we were able to prove that the damage was already present upon pickup. Otherwise, we would have been charged over €700 for a small scratch. Additional costs were incurred for an allegedly necessary cleaning, even though we returned the car completely clean. Communication was extremely poor. I've booked with cheap rental companies before, but I would never book with Bringo again.

la personne n'était pas contente au début que nous avons pris notre véhicule sans prendre leur assurance car nous avions avec notre de carte de credit une assurance et on voyait sur son visage que c'était pas bien, il m'a ensuite donné mon contrat avec quelques photos de la voiture et des rayures et il m'a demandé de vérifié, ce que j'ai fait de suite mais il ne pas dit de regardé en dessous de la voiture.
quand je l'ai rendu il m'a dit qu'il y avait des rayures sur le plastique de protection du moteur et qu'il fallait payer la réparation.
je n'étais pas d'accord et n'ai rien signé.
en revenant chez moi je reçois une facture de 330 euros de réparation.c'est du vol manifeste mais il est très difficile de faire quoi que ce soit car il prenne tout les éléments de votre carte de credit et vous débite sans vous demander votre avis qye je trouve insupportable car nous avons affaire à des voyous.

Ho avuto un'esperienza estremamente positiva. Sin dal momento in cui sono arrivato, il personale è stato accogliente, professionale e disponibile a rispondere a tutte le mie domande. La procedura di ritiro dell'auto è stata rapida e senza stress, e la vettura che mi è stata assegnata era impeccabile: pulita, ben curata e con tutte le dotazioni moderne che si possono desiderare. La qualità del servizio è stata davvero eccellente, e ho apprezzato molto anche la flessibilità dell'azienda nel soddisfare le mie esigenze, come il cambiamento dell'orario di ritiro e riconsegna senza problemi. Inoltre, il prezzo è stato trasparente e senza sorprese, il che ha reso il tutto ancora più conveniente.
Consiglio vivamente a chiunque, con un servizio clienti davvero all'altezza. Non vedo l'ora di utilizzarli nuovamente in futuro!

Servizio eccezzionale, personale super cordiale e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta

Esperienza pessima, che riassumo:
- attesa di oltre mezz’ora per la navetta aeroportuale diretta dall’aeroporto all’auto noleggio.
- tentativo di esigere un prezzo maggiore rispetto a quanto concordato con il broker di autonoleggio e risultante dal coupon che consiglio sempre di leggere.
- imposizione alla riconsegna del veicolo di somme non dovute ( es.: lavaggio auto di euro 30,00 sebbene il noleggio fosse di solo pochi giorni e benché sia stata riconsegnata pulita).
Accertatevi se proprio doveste affittare un auto con loro, di filmare nel dettaglio ogni particolare dell’ auto anche minimo della carrozzeria, interni e sotto scocca.
Utilizzeranno ogni pretesto per trattenerci somme dal deposito cauzionale, e consiglio di avere con sé delle prove.
Non ho mai conosciuto gente così poco professionale e commercialmente pericolosa.
Consiglio davvero di evitare, meglio spendere qualcosa di più, visto che utilizzeranno ogni metodo pur di approfittarsene ed arrecarvi un danno economico.

Hidden fees post return, insurance scam outfit, you have been warned.

When we picked up the car, we noticed that only about 1 in 4 of the visible damages were listed on the official sheet. For everything else, we were told to send pictures of what we saw. We tried to take picture of everything we could see, but did not take pictures of every angle and area. Hence, when we returned the car, there was some damage they checked with us. Some we could prove with pictures was not our doing and of others we couldn't since we hadn't taken a picture of that angle or area. We are therefore not certain whether we are responsible or if this damage existed prior to us using the car. In any case, it should not be the sole responsibility of the one renting the car to prove the damage. Furthermore in the contract it was stipulated that we'd get a full tank and had to return it as such. However, we got it nearly empty, and hadn't I taken a picture of the dashboard and the amount of fuel, we would've had to pay extra for that too.

Ottima comunicazione per prendere e lasciare la macchina, super disponibili e gentili. Li consiglio vivamente.
