It arrived on time.
Coffee machine is a great little thing. Price was brilliant. Ordered it on the Monday evening, selecting the click and collect option. Got a call on Tuesday morning letting me know it was ready for pick-up. Straight to the point and no messing about.

Wrong coloured item delivered
The process of ordering and delivery was very easy however the wrong colour was delivered and as it was a present, that caused a bit of upset. I was able to exchange the item in one of the stores without any bother but that defeated the purpose of ordering online in the first place. The order was placed on the date indicated below. As I'm writing this, I now realise that I should have been refunded the delivery charge.

Fab service over all
Ordering online was simple and straightforward. After placing the order l received a confirmation email with notification that the delivery information would be emailed to me on dispatch.
I was shocked and pleased when the item arrived however l never received an email to say my item had been dispatched. Luckily l was at home. If l had received an email l would have been delighted to give five stars.
