Sarebbe opportuno rispondere alle recensioni, anche a quelle ridicole, palesemente NON in buona fede, proprio per dimostrare l'attenzione verso i clienti; detto questo arrivo al dunque.
Scrivo una email facendo notare che la tabella delle taglie è SBAGLIATA, COMPLETAMENTE SBAGLIATA, in riferimento al rapporto tg/cm; dico che secondo me qualche "genio" ha sbagliato nella conversione pollici➡️cm. Mi rispondono che si, sono a conoscenza del problema, e che effettivamente qualcuno ha sbagliato nella conversione. E aggiungono che i clienti che già conoscono il marchio non avranno problemi. "E gli altri?" mi domando io? Io so che devo acquistare scarpe 25,5 cm, se avessi guardato questa tabella avrei perso il 42 invece del 40,5 (o qualcosa di simile, adesso non ricordo).
Per rifare la tabella giusta ci vogliono 5 minuti, forse 10, e questi, dopo settimane (o mesi) non hanno risolto! Se non sapete fare una conversione basta guardare nelle scarpe, essendoci scritto tutto nell'etichetta apposta nella parte interna della linguetta.
L'altro aspetto negativo lo avevo già espresso: le scarpe vengono vendute senza cartellini, cartellini che sarebbero obbligatori, quantomeno in Europa, e che devono riportare i materiali e tutte le info utili (che non sta a me elencare).
Tre stelle perché con le Glycerin mi trovo bene (le alterno alle Cumulus, che uso da MOLTI anni). Sicuramente Asics è più affidabile.

I got back into running last year from having a few years break due to getting a lot of injuries, one being plantar fasciitis. When I started getting back into it I noticed I was feeling a lot of aches and needing more recovery time then I was ever used to, this could just of been because I am now in my mid 30s. I've been few many running trainers and I thought cushioned trainers would help take some of the impact off the runs and would help with the aches. Well that didn't work for me so I looked more into a support trainer and I came across brooks, so i decided to give the brooks adrenaline 24 a try out and I loved them, they felt amazing and snug, very different to the type of trainer to a max cushion I was currently using, but after I long run, I noticed my legs wasn't as achy and i felt much better the next day. Support trainers are definitely for me and I've just bought the adrenaline 25 and looking forward to using them. The brooks website is fantastic, they have a run club which keep me motivated and set challenges with chances to win trainers and discounts on races and many other things. I had a slight problem uploading my stride points at first and contacted brooks by email, they were fantastic, Fatma from the customer service team help me sort it all out. 10/10 for me.

I love Brooks Trainers, originally recommended by Foot solutions in Richmond, I have worn them every day since, I have Plantar Fasciitis and Brooks Ghost together with my insoles have completely got rid of the pain, I would really recommend Brooks Ghost Max L if you do a lot of walking and have pain in your heal, really well balanced Brooks Ghost are also fantastic for running, the customer service is exceptional and I want to say a personal thank you the Camilla who was a superstar!!

Firstly, Brooks running shoes are just the best. The most comfortable running shoes I've ever experienced, both Road shoes and Trail. But this review is actually about the customer care you get with Brooks. Sometimes things break, that's just life, so when a tear appeared in my Trail shoes I was disappointed. However, when I contacted Brooks customer service they didn't hesitate to make things right, (even though I was well beyond the 90 return period). They sent me a new pair of shoes within days, no judgement, no speculation just exceptional customer service. This is what sets Brooks apart from other companies, it's not just about making the sales, it's about making the sure the customer is happy, that's what makes the difference.

Cela fait maintenant plus de cinq ans que j’utilise des chaussures Brooks, et je peux dire sans hésiter que ce sont les meilleures que j’aie jamais portées. Elles sont incroyablement confortables et ont réellement réduit mes douleurs au niveau de la voûte plantaire. Dès les premières utilisations, j’ai senti une différence notable : plus de maintien, un amorti exceptionnel et une sensation de stabilité qui fait toute la différence au quotidien.
Que ce soit pour marcher, courir légèrement ou simplement rester longtemps debout, mes Brooks m’apportent un confort incomparable. J’apprécie aussi la constance de la marque : chaque nouvelle version améliore l’expérience sans jamais sacrifier le fit ou le soutien.

Iam using brooks from many years and meanwhile my brother gifted me me brooks ghoost 15. Which I kept as my old brooks were perfect, after some months I take out my new brooks ghoost 15 so I fell some pain in my leg on both sides under shoes tongue, so I contact brooks that I feel uncomfortable with my brooks 15 , they aske me some proofes wich I provid them and they send my another pair of ghoost. Iam sooooooooooooo happy 😃 when brooks main office hear my both pain of my leg and heart ( as of huge amount my brother paid for when he bought brooks 15) .yesterday I received a new pair from brooks.se
I have tried alot of brands coz iam not compromising on my feet 👣 but I really like brooks. Its not because of that they solved my issue but believe me and try by yourself they are very comfortable shoes…
Iam working in brooks and running also but I don’t feel any pain and I have washed my old pair of brooks in a washing machine and it’s comes out like a new .try and if Iam wrong then unlike 👎🏿 my comment but I know you will always agree 👍 with my words.

I’d love to be able to comment on the quality and performance of the product, but unfortunately I’m still waiting for my parcel to arrive. Until it’s delivered, it’s hard to say how the Brooks Running product actually is. Hopefully it turns up soon so I can update this review.

The customer service from Fatma and the ability to help me out was the best you could ask for. Very helpful and very efficient. My issue was a pair of runners that did not suit the shape of my feet and Fatma arranged a replacement pair for me. They are perfect and feel incredible on.
