J avais une paire d arcadia 18 qui au bout de 4 mois s est trouée (je pense un défaut) j' ai envoyé un mail et le jour même Cindy et Olivia m ont de suite envoyé un gentil mail pour me dire qu on allait faire un remplacement.
J ai reçu hier une paire d arcadia 19 en remplacement.je suis très satisfaite de la gentillesse et du geste commercial de Cindy et Olivia. Je recommande vivement brooks.un grand merci

Excellent! I love my new Ghost max 3 (black).
I'm EUR size 45-46 I ordered 4.5 and 4.6. I kept the 46 and they fit amazingly well and feel really good.
Delivery speed 5/5 ordered on saturday and arrived on Tuesday and followed their ETA.
Great experience and shoe overall and its really comfy to run and walk in.

Les modèles se suivent mais ne se ressemblent pas.
En 2024 j’ai couru un marathon avec des Glycerin GTS 20 sans aucune douleur. Un vrai bonheur. Cette année j’ai acheté les Glycerin GTS 22 pensant retrouver le même confort mais ça n’a pas été le cas. Après mon marathon j’ai contacté Brooks qui a su écouter et trouver une solution pour que je puisse à nouveau courir sans douleur grâce aux Adrénaline GTS 25 qui m’ont été offertes. Un grand merci à Brooks pour son professionnalisme et l’écoute de ces utilisateurs.
I had high hopes when purchasing my…
I had high hopes when purchasing my first pair of brooks gtx trail running shoes and they were shattered within 3 weeks and around 100/150mile the tread in places was almost gone. I did email the customer service unfortunately they couldn’t be bothered to actually answer my email. Luckily I had purchased from another supplier who had more respect for their customers. Ultimately I would never buy a brooks product again and certainly wouldn’t recommend them.

I have bought Brooks trainers for years…
I have bought Brooks trainers for years but when I had a problem with one of my new trainers recently, I used the customer service online and found them to be excellent. I was immediately offered a replacement and have since received them so I am delighted and will hopefully continue to enjoy their footwear for many years to come. Customer Service answered my initial email promptly and have been in regular contact throughout the time to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Top marks to Fatma for her service.

Auf Brooks Schuhe ist immer Verlass. Ich trage seit mehreren Jahren unterschiedliche Modelle und bin immer mehr als zufrieden. Super Dämpfung, angenehmes Laufgefühl, bequeme Passform. Sowohl zum Laufen als auch zum Spazieren gehen immer meine erste Wahl.

Wir hatten eine Reklamation wegen eines defekten Schuhpaars für meinen Sohn. Der Kundenservice – besonders Liz – war unglaublich freundlich, geduldig und hilfsbereit.
Alles wurde Schritt für Schritt erklärt, und wir haben am Ende eine perfekte Lösung gefunden. Mein Sohn hat jetzt ein Ersatzpaar, das ihm super passt und mit dem er sehr zufrieden ist.
Vielen Dank für die Unterstützung und den wirklich menschlichen Umgang! So fühlt man sich als Kunde gut aufgehoben.

I recently purchased a pair of brooks gtx running shoes from elverys online,i always buy brooks ghost,but these were on sale for black friday,so i ordered them,started to wear them,threw the box away as i have never had a problem with sizing before.These shoes run very small and the toebox is tight,hated them very quickly.I persevered and try to break them in,but no luck.I contacted elverys and explained after two days a reply came,which said without the box we cannot do anything,it is in our ts&cs...terrible response,very unhelpul,no suggestion of getting in touch with supplier(wont buy from them again)I then contacted brooks who advised contacting elverys,i explained that i had and they were no help.They asked some questions to find out the problem and have advised i will get a new pair of the running shoes i usually wear.Amazing,i offered to pay the difference and they said that would not be necessary.What fantastic customer service.I am a brooks ghost fan and have been for years and will be forever.Go Brooks
