This is an edit to my previous review, thanks to Nadine Mclaren from customer services BT who was extremely helpful, EE were able to resolve our connection problems. We are still unable to access our account online but that is not so important.

Bad bad bad, actually buying my business mobiles out of contract it’s so bad on all fronts, customer service is non existent mobile network is extremely bad lucky if I get one bar of service. Expensive bills for nothing. My son is on gift gaff and pays way less than me for way better reception service no roaming charges and unlimited data. EE has gone way down hill their home packages are just as bad. EE have replied to my review asking for more details rather than calling me to discuss the details further! Maybe they can’t get through on the phone due to the lack of service?

Ordered a business sim. The day I received it I cancelled because my device's sim tray wasn't ejecting. Everything all good now according to the person on the phone. Then I'm hit with a bill for a sim that never even touched my phone. I debate this and get told it would be refunded, everything good now. It never was. Now I get another bill for the same amount because I have to pay back a refund that I have the bank statements to prove never arrived? Joke of a company.

following the death of my wife, who was named on the account, it was difficult to get the name changed to me. endless phone calls to customer service, business section, bereavement service, life events section, complaints section, escalating complaint, new account set up for two years not asked for. After 9 months still sending my wife bills. We are going to Ofcom to complain.

I recently opened a business account with EE, and I can firmly say they are the worst. I’m unable to link my mobile number to the EE app. I’ve reached out to customer service via email and phone calls multiple times, and they keep passing me to different departments and every time they come up with an excuse. A quick Google search shows that some people have been experiencing this same issue for over a year. This is absolutely unacceptable from EE. If you’re considering opening a business account — DON'T.

Transferred over on Wednesday afternoon, provided my pac code, inserted new ee sim on Thursday morning, no service at noon so called , told wait until midnight Thursday , Friday am nothing called at 9am told to wait until midday, no service. They did manage to send me my first bill though.
If you run a business forget ee , I’m now 40 hrs with no phone or message service and I’m trying to run a small business
