who listened to my points and in a friendly but professional way offered her solution to my complaint gave a unasked for credit to my account and got the pricing department to discount my next 24 month contract which i was happy to accept thank you carol

EE Turned It Around!
Talk about a turnaround. I had actually lost faith in EE's Business Team - and raised a complaint. I'm not sure I've ever had my mind changed so drastically about a company, but was contacted by Shari after raising a complaint. She single-handedly fixed an issue that numerous customer services agents had not managed to do. I have to admit, I was ready to leave EE and move multiple lines away from the network - but now feel valued and am satisfied the issue has been resolved once and for all. Thanks Shari - I hope your team leaders take note of your excellent work, great customer service.

I was able to speak with Carol in the…
I was able to speak with Carol in the customer service team on my first attempt to get through on the phone. Carol was able to help me straight away with my concern about having the correct roaming add on. All sorted within minutes and a confirmation text to confirm her actions. Really good experience today
