Very helpful customer service agents . Chats with both Alexandra B and Daria M who helped solved my issue. Good games and reasonable pay out times for withdrawals 😊

I wanted to close my account as I was gambling too much.
I had 2 amounts for £550.
They are refusing to pay me out .
This has been going on for 7 days now and I really need the cash back..
They don't want to pay me .
I am taking it further with IBAS and the press, if anyone wants to join me to fight my cause.

Absolutely horrendous
Absolutely horrendous, stay away from this website. Signed up, had a few wins on the locked wagered bonus then by the time you have wagered nothing was left, managed to get up to £70. After that not one win, not even one bonus after multiple, I mean multiple spins. I agree with other reviews this is just an abosolute scam. At least with other betting sites you get more frequent wins. I have lost £200 on 20p spins.

Hi Aaron,
We’re sorry to hear that your experience wasn’t what you had hoped for. We completely understand that playing should be fun and entertaining, and we never want anyone to feel disappointed.
Our games operate on a fair and regulated Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring that every spin is completely random, just like you’d find on any licensed gaming site. While wins can never be guaranteed, we know how frustrating it can be when luck doesn’t seem to be on your side.
If there’s anything we can do to assist you, we’d be happy to take a closer look at your account. Please feel free to reach out to our support team—we’re here to help!
Wishing you the best,
Butlers Bingo
Wade was very helpful
Wade was very helpful. Looked for free spins that im sure were there when i paid in funds, he also gave me some free spins for my birthday as i had missed them. Dont like not being able to take any winnings from the free spins though unless you pay in 10x what you win !

Fine until you try and withdraw
As others have said, all is fine until you try and make a withdrawal then they will ask for more and more documents before claiming you have broken some unspecified rules so they can withhold your winnings. They wanted a selfie with me holding my passport, front and back of my card, 6 months of bank statements, explanations for unrelated transactions on my statement from months ago, payslips, a bill, then they claim I broke the terms and stop responding. Same with their sister sites glossybingo, rosybingo, diamondbingo. Scam site. Avoid.
