Ordered the eSim before travelling to North America, very simple to do with clear instructions. When we arrived I connected the phone to Wi-Fi and within a few minutes the eSim activation went through.

All worked perfectly the whole trip and the best thing was this eSim also came with a local US number so we could make calls to local business and receive SMS messages for reservations.

11 days in US cities like Chicago, orlando Tampa and miami 0 problems and permanent connection with internet !
I recommend it to anyone who is going on holiday to the USA

Great product. No issues with set up. Could easily switch between the US and my UK sim. Unlimited data, calls and text for £20 is unbelievable. Cheaper than US customers pay! Will definitely use again.

Purchased for the duration of 2 weeks an ESim from BuzzSim.
1 week in NYC and 1 week in Hawaii.

I did a lot of research to choose the right eSim for our two week holiday in California. My own mobile provider’s solution not really being good enough. I found the process to be flawless, the eSIM being stalled on my iPhone 13 the morning of our travel (from the UK) with no issues and working seamlessly when we arrived in San Diego. I received and made texts, set up apps like Doordash with no issues and was even able to allow tethering to share the data allowance with my wife. Apart from some remote places (Yosemite) I had no issues with connection and achieved the highest 5G speeds available around 90% of the time.

Was never able to get T Mobile to allow esim to work, pasword was required. Downladed several times, but because of poor Wi-Fi at hospital had to repeat this many times. Unable to find hospital to help with non-workrelated issue. Only option was for me to fly from Canada to LA, US to help fix it or take phone to a free wi fi coffee shop or such. She finally was at an airport and T Mobile error stated it was expired. So $0.00 value gained.

No I was not able to get assistance, as I noted the eSIM was listed as expired. Since I made the purchase, your customer service would only speak to me and I inturn texted the information and this 3-way conversation of emailing cust. service, they emailing back the next day and then trying to troubleshoot the problem in between medications for pain. Then with no fix texting me so I could email cust. Service to wait for the response the next day on and on. So, as I said the 30 day time had run out before any use was made of the eSIM.

Worked as stated. Didn’t cost me anything on my primary number.
I understand you can initiate the eSIM before trip abroad. This could be included in the instructions. I waited until I was abroad.
No complaints, great price, no extra or hidden costs. Will definitely use buzzeSIM nex5vtime in USA. Instructions on switching off primary data roaming and what services to select on eSIM would be helpful luckily my selections worked.

eSIM worked perfectly in the States. Easy to set up and great coverage. Unlimited data very useful during our road trip

Buzz eSIM's excellent customer service recovered an otherwise very annoying situation. The US mobile number I'd been given received 48 calls from political fundraisers in three days, which was pretty intrusive.
When I complained, Buzz responded very quickly and offered to change the number. Pretty much as soon as I gave the instruction to do this, the number changed, and no more nuisance calls. Otherwise everything worked as it should have done - activation on-time, etc.
I've given four stars because a number was issued that was on a telemarketing database, which isn't acceptable. Buzz and T-Mobile should make sure this never happens.

Amazing value for money! I highly recommend this service for anyone who is visiting the Inited States. I used Buzzesim on two occasions when I visited Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Their service worked like a charm both times and was super easy to setup! I still remember the joy on my face when I got the welcome message when I landed in America for the first time and I was instantly connected to T-Movile with no further hassles. Connection was insanely fast both download and upload speeds. I can’t recommend more for those who need unlimited everything out there. As I had chosen their unlimited 15-day package and was extremely impressed by their service!

I had the 15 day unlimited USA data after reading the reviews.
It didn't work straight away I had to contact them via email. After a few hours it started working.
I recommend this and will use them again everytime I go to the USA 100% customer service is great.

Superb customer service and excellent value for our eSIMs for the USA. The small issue with registering details due to a temporary system fault was quickly resolved by e-mail, and the experience on arrival was as seamless as it can be.

This was so simple to use. It was downloaded to my phone before I left for the USA and I activated the day I left. No barcodes to scan, just activate it on your iPhone. It was working perfectly from the moment I arrived to the moment I left.
