I was called 30 mins before delivery, we had an aluminum pergola put up! The guys were very professional, friendly, polite and very precise. They cleared everything when finished. Excellent job

Came when promised although I declined suggested dates a couple of times. Only issue only delivered to door not bedroom. Lovely delivery driver.

Hi Sandra, Apologies that you were dissatisfied with your delivery. When we first emailed/text you on 25.06 the number that was put onto our system was incorrect and there was no reply confirming the delivery slot via email. It wasn't until a few days later when we finally received your correct number from the client (29.06). We text/emailed you again on 29.06 with a new date of delivery on 01.07 which you accepted and was delivered. To discuss the item that had a dent could you please call me on 01536 660221. The men who came to put up my pergola were lovely. Friendly, helpful and very efficient at building the pergola. It took them no time at all and they were happy for me to return to work and kept in contact by phone.

Half of delivery arrived on time other half only after calling a couple of times
Half of delivery arrived as messaged. Other half they couldn’t be bothered to deliver. Sent messages and got no response. Called and they never called back. Agreed on a delivery date and postponed it again. And finally delivered next door and not the correct address. Can’t recommend

Apologies Uwe for your poor service in delivery. It wasn't that we couldn't be bothered delivering, unfortunately the missed item slipped through the net, but we have a photo taken when this was delivered with your house number and not a neighbours. After investigating what had happened we have reviewed our processes. Our apologies for the delay in sending the missing box. The delivery guys just didn't have the right equipment.
The guys delivering the items were really nice and really helpful, but were woefully under equipped!! One of the items is some 170k plus in weight yet all they had was a small dolly trolley- not even a heavy weight one. Consequently, they were only able to leave it around 30yds from where I wanted it left and I'll have to sort it from there. Bearing in mind the price we paid for this high end purchase, it's a pity that their focus on delivery was to keep the cost as low as possible.

Hi Mr Thomas, thank you for your review regarding your delivery. I understand the crew only had the trolley wheels to deliver these heavy items, but even if they had the sack barrow they would still have struggled to get the wheels over gravel. I understand this wasn't ideal but from what I could gather from the crew they did all they could. We do appreciate your comments and apologies for the inconvenience.
