This was all very easy from ordering to delivery in a few days.
Bookcase is lovely however there is a discrepancy in the measurements. The depth of shelves was described as being 32cm however on the Bookcase we have received the selves are only 28cm deep! Could I have a comment about this please

Only marked down because Donal (delivery driver) was on his own and I needed to help unload to the garage. Otherwise great. Good communication and accurate timings.
Post script note. Just received a courtesy call to say thanks for helping their delivery guy unload. Don't get that level of customer service very often. Lovely touch.

The delivery was on time and the delivery team was absolutely fantastic, polite and extremely helpful. I was kept fully updated re delivery dates and times throughout. Great service, rang the day before to confirm delivery time. The men who dropped off the bed were lovely and kindly waited for me as I was a bit late! They did all the heavy lifting and put exactly where I wanted! Would definitely recommend.

The communication was great, the installers arrived punctually and were very efficient. Would definitely use again! Pleasant, well mannered guys and they went over and above by rescuing some footballs that had gone over the garden fence whilst installing the pergola!

We ordered a mattress, I hadn’t quite appreciated how big the mattress was, and how heavy it is!

It took the two delivery team, and my partner to get it up the stairs, in what sounds like the scene from friends - PIVOT! I think it sounds like they were close to quitting as we have quite narrow corridors and tight corners and this mattress does not bend!!

They went above and beyond to make sure the delivery was successful and a big thank you to them for their patience and perseverance on getting the bed to the top room!
