Uffff!!!! Pathetic service ….
Seen advertise on their site “ delivery within 3 hrs “
I wanted to celebrate wife’s 1st bday after our marriage ….. cakesportal.com completely ruined it.
At last moment I had to order via this site expecting to deliver on time and u was waiting for the delivery executive, time ran and was about to clock 12 midnight,
I was worried and wanted to call the call-centre, unfortunately there was no number to contact and they do not have that option.
I understood only the communication channel was via email, emailed them twice seeking about delivery time, I receive a email at 11:56 saying “ sorry ! We cannot order today and it’s been postpone tomorrow and till 2:15 there is no response from them.
Birthday time is over and still no cake received from them…
Sad that I choose this site trusting quick delivery !!!

I don't like your customer care after a 1000 email I got reply and I want to note attach with the cake but I don't receive and I pay 250 extra for midnight surprise but I receive cake before 12 pm

I am ordered yesterday cake portal for my employee to surprise gift for an achievement I received mail stating that

We regret to inform you that we are unable to deliver the product to your location. Unfortunately, our merchants are too far from your address, making it impossible to complete the delivery. we have to cancel your order. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please be assured that your refund will be initiated promptly and should be processed within the next 10-15 working days.

I am tred writing many mails no one returned we are not found any contact number ????

The cakeportal is totally a fraud site.
They are here just to scam with customers .
Its my suggestion don’t buy nothing from here because they only know how to collect money by making fraud.
Only email service is present and over there none of the person reply or acknowledged the email.

Worst site I ever seen

I would rate 0. I ordered cake on 10th october 2025 around 8: 30 pm. As they couldn't deliver cake on the same day, I emailed them to cancel my order and refund my money back as there is no contact number. They replied it would take 5- 7 business days. It's more than 10 days but there is no refund or replies to my emails.. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

These guys are fraud.
I ordered a bouquet and they committed
to send it 31 Aug till 9 pm.
they don't have a number you can only email them.
I mailed them on 1 sep about the status of the bouquet, after many reminders they mailed me asking extra 250 Rs for the same bouquet.
I denied and asked for the refund still waiting for any reply from there end on 14 oct
so don't buy from them

Don't book anything for your fav time, it will be an worst experience, & lose of money.

I believe they are perpetrating fraud and scams. Due to my previous experience, I initiated legal action and provided all details and Gmail ID to Cyber Crime Delhi and Nodia. I urge individuals to take appropriate action against such fraudulent activities, as otherwise, they could potentially be involved in fraud activities that could result in a similar situation. Please consider taking steps to prevent such situations from occurring.

Please do not buy anything from this website. COD is not available. They claim to give product within 2 hrs but then after an hour they tell that delivery is not possible and send an email telling that the amount will be refunded within 10-15 days. And the result - no refund after 15 days too. No contact number in website and they don't respond in numerous emails that I have sent.
It's a fraud website and I request others not to waste money on this website.

Worst service i ever met. Due to unusual reason my order were cancelled on 02/09/2025 still they haven't time to return the payment. First of all there are not any direct contact numbers provided. They're received disputes only by e-mail. Unfortunately no response at all. So please don't approach such a worst company.

Such a scam i ordered a birthday cake but I didn’t get it and they took payment in advance also they don’t give a customer care number so you can’t contact them its a big scam in india i lost my money .

100% fraud... They take order and create fuss. They never deliver your order. They don't have any customer care number. Please please don't book anything from them. 100% genuine cheaters they are.
