Worst ever experience,I have order an cake but they didn't deliver the cake . Later on they have sended me an mail that my order has been delivered but I didn't get my order
I mailed to enquire about this but they are so irresponsible that they don't even reply to the mail
Nd they also charge second time. So pls don't place order in this website.I must not have ordered if I have known there review before in hand

NO. I placed order # 67071 with cakesportal dot in on 13 September 2024. Cakesportal accepted the order after checking my delivery pincode. I paid Rs.574 and then they cancelled the order the same day saying their merchants are too far from my address and my money will be refunded in 10 days. It is now almost 3 months. Inspite of several emails, they have not replied or refunded my money. Be careful when dealing with cakesportal as they cheat customers. And they don't have a telephone number to contact.

Please indian cyber team to stop this scammer , I have placed the cake order but it was fraudulent. Do not buy

They haven't delivered the order, I have lost 2500 for a cake, they emailed saying that they cancelled the order since the cake was not available, that too after one day.
That is the only email from them and since then I have dropped so many emails to refund the amount
They never replied
Had I seen the reviews before I wouldn't have ordered and list money which ruined my occasion.
Cyber complaint needs to be given.

I've placed an order for cake delivery for my husband. The amount was debited from my account yet no cake was delivered and I'm unable to track order as the portal isn't validating the transaction ID. Worst experience ever

It’s a fraud portal . I placed order to be delivered on 5th oct 2024 and that never got delivered and I have not received my refund and there is no phone number to reach out the company.. worst experience and would strongly recommend not to use this portal to place orders

Worst site ever. Don't order anything from here. They don't deliver it on time, and then after cancelling they don't respond. And now the site has even crashed. They are fraud.

Fraud. They don’t deliver. Once you order and pay, they send an email mentioning there is a delay. Post that no response. Perfect option to spoil a special occasion

Complete fraudulent people.They postponed my order,never replied to my mail on time and I cancelled my order.I didn’t receive my refund and nobody is responding to my mails.I think they are tricking people and looting money in the name of cake.

This is really fraud. My money got debited and there is no response for refund.i lost my money and they are least bothered about customers. This is rediculous and they are very irresponsible. They don't even give clarification on order id n order confirmation.

It's a fraud company, they will take orders and they will cancel it saying no delivery to your place. No way to communicate with the company, only email with no response and the refund as they suggested has not been credited till date. No reply for emails and no phone no to connect with them, very unprofessional and no ethics in doing business.

After payment, there is no confirmation email no id or tracking number.

Can't contact the team. No phone number. Worst experience only email id mentioned where no one responds.

I have ordered cake on 10th sep for delivery on q1tg September for Birthday between 3 to 6 pm ist.
I did not got a single call from them.
contact number in portal is not working.
name sake 24 chat and have sent a message at 5:15 no update.
have placed a cancellation order around 7pm.
it's worst experience fore with cake portal service.
finally went outside and took a cake from neat bakery @ 7:30 and celebrated with cake.
and worst part comes here as I get a call from delivery boy @ 8: 40 that cake is ready when Birthday celebrations are done.
one more surprise is this cake portal team has placed order with their parter @ 5 post and not informed earlier.

overall very disappointing service and I request not to order from cakeportal.

I gave one star because there is no option to provide 0. I ordered cake for same day delivery and they did turn up and when I contact customer care they said we will deliver tomorrow which I ordered for same day delivery. Literally frustrated with their response. Now it is more than a month and still my refund has not done.even after follow up no response. Some one named Suresh replied only once and post that no response. Never order from this site they simply take the amount from us and not deliver the cake. Just before typing here only I saw that there are many negative reviews before ordering I should have checked here and it is my bad
