Finaly they send as below mail:

It's a fraud website, don't have any product and they do not have support. Only have a good website to loot people.

This website is totally fake website, they are a scammers, i gave an order for my friend, i made the payment in advance 999rs at delivery date i got a msg from their side and they informed me ur order is canceled due to delivery problem, now it is almost 25 days completed and I didn’t receive my refund yet, they are a big scammers and fraudulent, government should take strict action on them..!

Its fake, i ordered an customized gift for birthday, got order id and paid, but aftr that no reply, no response to my mail, text message, couldnt contact them via call/mail/chatbox....completly fake, till now gift not delivrd,waste of money, reporting fradulent

It's a worst worst app,I have ordered cake before 2 days I got a order received msg from the app, after one hour they asking extra charges from the mail,till date they won't delivered the cake, contact number also not shown,they didn't replied to mail also.. completely it's a fake , don't order anyone.

Fake website... Which will never deliver your order...asks for extra money via mail.. after ur order is placed.. and then wont even deliver it... Absolute thieves

It's a scam website. I ordered a cake but they cancelled it saying that they don't deliver in the area. My question is why do they accept the order then??? I received an email saying that they will refund the money in 15 days but to no avail. Don't use this website

It’s a fake portal. It took money twice from my account and there is no response from them and no order. I don’t understand why people are not talking about this. This is a scam website. I lost my money twice. There is no contact details. No phone number, do not get trapped.

I ordered a cake for my son’s birthday 3 days in advance and made payment too. I received an order ID on my email ID so it felt genuine. But the cake never got delivered!! They don’t have a customer care number to call and follow up. The only means of reaching them is through email, but after several emails checking on my order, I did not receive any response. After a lot of searching, found a toll free number but that also turned out to be “ non existential.”
It was such a disappointment and the first time I’ve experienced any thing like this… I got royally conned
!! They ruined my birthday celebration!

Never ever order from this site it’s a fake bcoz I experienced and had a bad experience..even I paid in advance my money gone waste also they don’t provide contact number where we can at least enquire so over all I had a very bad experience..alert alert alert

It's fraudulent. Not able to contact them. They will deliver the order only the next day Or they don't deliver at all. They don't refund also. No. 1 fraud.

Ordered for my graduation flower bouquet but they canceled the order the morning of graduation and also refused to refund me 😓

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I had no clue if my cake was arriving 10 minutes before my party was to start. Had chosen delivery slot of 9 am to 12 pm but ended up getting the cake at 5 pm just before the start of the party. They were not reachable, did not inform and till the last minute we were wondering whether to order an alternative cake. To top it all, they gave me the wrong flavour. Got black forest instead of chocolate. A disaster

Cakesportal is fraud Company, Please do not order anything on this site, They are not having any contact numbers, not replying to the mails, not delivering the items in time, not refunding your amount. They are no having any Business ethics, service quality.

Cakesportal is a fraud company, ordered cake on 15th June but it was not delivered and till date no refund done by the owner named Piyush, written multiple emails but it seems they are least bothered

It's a fake one...don't order from this site.i had ordered a cake n flowers on 12th June to deliver on 15th.but they canceled the order on 15th and till now no msg of refund....there is no contact number also ....it's a fake one waste of money .please suggest what to do
