I have ordered Birthday cake and flower on 25th Aug 2023 for my wife's birthday from cakesportal but order could not get delivered as I got assurance from company so I asked for cancellation of order and refund of money to my bank account. It was said that i will get my refund within 2 weeks but it's been around 2 months but i didn't received my refund yet. I have sent multiple mail reminder to customer support of cakesportal but I didn't get even response. It's kind of looting money from consumers. I need your assitance to get my money back. It's kind of online fraud.

I have been waiting for my refund since they cancelled my order at last moment . Never place order her. Sick people they try to loot ur money. Its not with me it happened many times with others as well.

💯 fake site....do not believe in this.....all will be good until u pay and they will cancel in some time and never refund you.

Fake company ! Wish I want that stupid !! Paid for delivery of flowers . Of course not delivered . And no contact phone no. After reading similar reviews here , I wont even bother to email them . How to report such websites so that strict action can be taken against them and more people arent scammed ??

I wish the fraud owner of this company die with lots of decease. I am cursing not because I lost money, i am cursing because my time was wasted, they frustrated me by cheating me they did not deliver the order and took the money now I cannot reach them because no contact number, only email and they don’t respond to emails. It was worst experience ordering things on cakesportal.in .. they have no customer service .. delievery was 2 days late and very pathetic ... items were alao not delievery completely and properly .. never order from this site guys please .. waste of money and your emotions

I ordered a cake for my friend's birthday. However, right before the delivery time these people told me that my location is not serviceable. Days after days I have written them emails for issuing me a refund, but there has been no response. This company is cheating its customers. There is no active customer care number. Highly unprofessional and disappointing.

I ordered 5 items, but they only delivered 2. Regarding the cake, they displayed it as a Cinderella cake made from scratch, but they simply added a Cinderella sticker (worth 10 rupees) to a basic cake, charging me 2000 rupees. Additionally, they billed me for balloons and chocolates, which were not delivered. This is not acceptable; they are dishonest.

A fake company. I have ordered a photo cake on 21.12.2023, which was supposed to deliver on 27.12.2023. The items were not delivered on time. When I enquired, replied that item is not deliverable at the address given, instead of that it was proposed to deliver a normal cake, I refused and asked to refund the amount. Neither the item was delivered nor amount was refunded. Beware of this fake company. They don’t provide phone no. to contact neither they reply any complaint. A totally fraud company.

Orderd a cake but not get any confirmation from their side. And they not respond of my email.

I placed a cake order on December 2 for delivery in Bangalore the next day. On Dec 3, after many updates, the team sent an email that the cake wasn't available and they'd refund the amount. It's been 12 days and they haven't responded nor have they refunded the amount.

I ordered the cake for birthday where the order ID was generated and order got placed. After few hours, I got message, your order is cancelled and refund will be provided shortly.. it's been 5 months but I didn't receive the refund.. Wrote so many mails but of no use.. there is no customer care number as well... I think the positive reviews are given by these fraudsters themselves.. This website need to be reported as scam and to be removed.

It's an amazing experience with them. A delicious cake with an amazing taste. I adviced all my freinds to try them. I asured you will also get a good experience as i had.

Absolutely worst website to order cakes.. I ordered a half kg pineapple cake for my friend living in Mumbai and paid Rs.499 for it through UPI but the cake was never delivered and it still says processing.. It's a pure scam and these people are fraudsters, cheaters who spoil a person's special day so badly.. Never buy anything from this website..

Don’t buy from this website. It is completely fake. Not delivered the cake. No order details sent to us. Not refunding my money back. It’s hard earned money. I will never leave them without refunding my money back. My kids birthday spoiled because of ordering cake from them. Please don’t loose your money by buying from this fake scam website.

I ordered a cake on 12th September and after payment, they canceled the order and did not refund my money yet. This is a scam. Please don't buy anything from Cakesportal.

You people take the money and then cancel the order and then never bother to return it right, I see you have a bunch of fake people giving you fake reviews, plz people report them to the right authorities we have to do this I doubt they will ever give our money back. My order no is #56107. Guys I have received a message from the Delhi police suggesting to make a formal complaint, so can you all go their Twitter account and follow through with it.
