Got scammed for a cake and flowers! How low can some people stoop stealing from others joys!

I would have given 0 star if there is any option.i ordered caramel cake of 1 kg and paid 1000rupees.my delivery time is between 12 to 3pm.no response from them.only email I received is the confirmation.i was forced to order from swigy and I got with in 40 minutes.please don'tbuy any thing from them.worst app.

Cheating App ever.They post their own good reviews in there portal.If they cancel the order then redeem the amount in vallet also.Big fraud ever.

Paid for cake on 25th May till now not delivered nor refunded the money which was paid twice. This is a fake portal. Please don't trust this portal. They are big cheaters.

It’s a fraud company. They did not deliver the gift after payment and on enquiry asked for more payment stating that their prices have gone up.

This platform is the worst one for placing an order . They always keep on showing inconvenience to the coustomer on basis of delay of order and they don't refund back the money on time as they said . Actually I lost all my money through this useless platform. This platform is not at all the way to get 1 star also . They keep on waiting you for the delay of money and as well as they don't respond to the mails . A very bad experience I got through this platform. This a advice to a coustomer that they should stop placing an order form this platform.

It doesn’t even deserve one star. They took my order and cancelled it after 2 hrs, I understand the reason for cancellation because sometimes it doesn’t happen on time. But they should refund me back my money right. On may 16th I ordered a cake and they cancelled, I have sent mails they don’t respond. It’s been 2 weeks and yet my refund is not initiated. Very bad vey bad and fraud

I too ordered cake and lost my money as they just send a mail saying they couldn't deliver the cake and that refund shall be processed within 15 days. But no response thereafter.

I think this is a big scam..

Just reported at National Consumer Helpline, and they have raised the complaint, and promised to move legally. I urge all those who lost money to raise the complaint in national consumer helpline and lets prevent the cakeportal scam happening to anyone else..
Lets finish this Fraudster Company once and forever..

Another way to online scam!!! They will take down orders, send an apology msg, initiate cancellation and then no refund... After some time the emails that you send to customeratcakesportal.in will get bounced back and there being no other medium to contact the support team, you fall into the trap. There is no way to get your money back. SMART FRAUDSTERS!!!!

Cancelled my order themselves and no response to my complaint regarding refund.
I wasted my money and got cheated by them on Mother’s Day . I kept waiting cake on my anniversary that was coincidently on the mothers day itself.

Now looking forward for my 999 refund.

It's a fake portal. I have ordered one cake and they postponed my delivery so I asked to cancel through mail but they didn't refund my money.

I ordered a cake from cakes portal for mother's day this year, these fraud taken the order and didn't delivered to the address and after 2-3 days they mailed that sorry your order is cancelled and your money will be refunded within 15 days. Such a fraud people they are, their website portalscake.in is fake. It looks very genuine but totally fake, they don't have an option of COD. I don't know why I didn't double checked. It never happened with me before but yes I'll be very careful after this scam. They are looting money from people and still their website is active. Plz you all people DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. IT'S TOTALLY FRAUD AND FAKE.

I ordered a cake yesterday and pay extra charge for midnight shipping but a day has passed and I haven't received my order yet ...this is too disappointing....they don't have any contact no. with which we can contact with them ....cakesportal is totally a fraud ...they do online scam ... don't buy anything from their website.

It's fake. I ordered for mothers day. They had promised to deliver before 3 pm. But they didn't deliver. There is no customer support. No refund. It's a big fraud. They lure customer by giving some 50 Rs in the wallet immediately after registration/new users. You use the cash while placing order. But whatever money you pay will not be refunded because they are doing fraud. No delivery. They think this is easy way to get money through fraud...

Beware of this fake company,the company didn’t exist they r just scamming people…it’s been 2 months now I didn’t get my refund n they never respond…they the one who cancelled my order n still now they don’t want to refund my money…

If I give zero star to this website it will be less. I ordered a cake in 22nd April they didn’t delivered the cake I hv ordered after five days they mailed me that this cake is not available I already paid 1400rs for the cake but I didn’t receive any refund.
