Thank you, Ahmed, for your excellent customer service! The product I had ordered from United Canada was lost in transit and it would take another 3 weeks at least to receive the re-order. Ahmed from Canadian Medical Store found the same product in their stock (bonus, it was on sale!) and delivered it to a pick-up location in Dunbar the very same day that I called them. When I picked it up from the convenience store, he spotted the clerk helping me to my car. He introduced himself and carried the heavy box the rest of the way. Thank you so much!!

I was also very impressed that Canadian Medical Store had the Tena small size product in stock. It is very difficult to find. I'll definitely be re-ordering from Canadian Medical store in the future. Ahmed recommended a subscription which offers a discount and would ensure I always have sufficient product in the future.

Great products. I would suggest less packaging to protect our environment. The small item arrived in a large box with packing material, and could have been in some kind of paper or plastic envelope. The product was not fragile in any way.

I order regularly and always pleased with their products and service. Excellent service! But yesterday wrong size was shipped out and correct one was sent the next day. I barely hit send on email and they were calling me to get it corrected. Can’t believe how fast they responded!

Ahmed located the brace I needed (it was out of stock everywhere including Amazon) and I received it within a day and paid half the price other sites were asking. I am very happy with my purchase and my experience, I would recommend purchasing from Ahmed.

While the chair I ordered, a Lightweight Expedition Aluminum Transport Chair came well packaged and as advertised, I was very disappointed in the delivery system they used. I ordered the chair on a Tuesday morning, paid an extra $25.99 for a speedier delivery service, since my wife could have used this chair on an upcoming event on the weekend and was assured by their confirmation that the order takes 1 business day to process the order. On Thursday, I still had no notification of my order, so I sent an email inquiring about my order. They assured me the order was processed and would send me a tracking number when they get one and was informed that it would take 3 business days for delivery even though their site when ordering said 1-2 business days. I got my tracking number (shipping label was created) on Friday and was in the hands of the shipper at 8:08 pm Friday. I received the chair the following Thursday afternoon. I was not impressed and neither was my wife. During this time, I checked further for their return policy and this is really important if you decide to purchase anything from this company. Check it out before ordering anything. I wasn’t going to review the company, but they have requested twice of me to do so, so there it is. The unit itself is 5 stars but the company is only a 3.

I ordered a walking boot after fracturing my toe. I didn't think I needed it expedited when I ordered it and changed my mind a day later. Ahmed was responsive and really accommodating. I appreciate the effort he put into ensuring I got my walking boot as soon as possible.

The pricing for the boot was also the best I could find.

We’ve been ordering catheters for my dad over the past few months, and the experience has been excellent. The prices are lower and the delivery is faster than any other supplier we’ve used in Canada.

Poor customer service. Does not respond to requests for return instructions. Update: They did not refund me for my purchase as they have responded below. They said they’d cancel the shipment and didn’t. Charged me and wouldn’t accept the return. Never opened it and it was a bandage. I donated it to a nonprofit.
