It is very light. Just what I wanted to be able to lift it easily in and out of my car. Also like the size of the wheels. Moves smoothly.

Ordering and delivery went smoothly. My order was delivered sooner than I expected, even though it had to go through customs. I was pleased.

I purchased the LumboTrain Back Brace, which they are still selling on their website at the time of writing this review. After more than a week of not receiving any updates on my order, I sent them an email asking for a status update. They responded the next day, telling me that their sales team would look into it.

About a week later, I sent another message following up because they never got back to me. The next morning, they cancelled my order, and in the evening, they informed me that they could not fulfill it because the item was on backorder. This means they are selling items they don't even have in stock.

When I placed the order, I was recovering from a herniated disc and had an upcoming trip. I ordered well in advance, but they wasted about two weeks of my time before cancelling. That is unacceptable.

If I could give them a minus I would. No way of of communicating with the company. There’s a phone number there, but it’s never answered. Doesn’t matter when you call or which day you call it’s never answered just goes dead. The company’s telling me their part is complete, how can it be complete when I have not received the product yet I have no idea where my product is at this time or when it will arrive I’m thinking maybe I fell into a scam.Werner.

The first time I ordered it tried two companies. Yours seemed to be the better as far as website ordering and quickness. This was my 3rd order and it worked like clockwork. Thanks
