I have made multiple orders through their tiktok shop. Every order has been cancelled, due to no stock - while the products remain advertised for sale. Tiktok customer service confirmed it's an issue of "ghost stock" whereby things are falsely listed as being in stock when they aren't. I tried twice to contact the vendor on tiktok before contacting tiktok, only to get repeated messages that the vendor is unavailable. I do eventually get my money refunded but certainly don't appreciate it taking up to 8-10 days from the day of ordering to the return of my money. I note the owner asking people why they didn't contact him before escalating to a review - tried this more than once on their tiktok seller page. Really disappointing experience, especially as they're the only Irish vendor with the item I wanted to purchase. Purchasing from the UK instead now unfortunately

All the other reviews are true. Scammy unprofessional operations. Unorganised and ignores emails. Defensive when people leaves a truthful review after getting 0 responses from the business.

Does not reply to emails when only a part of the order got delivered in Dec. I sent multiple emails and now I’m pretty sure I’m getting ignored because they don’t want to bother shipping out the rest of the order because it’s been months. Before anyone replies and say it’s been refunded like he does with other replies, I haven’t been refunded as of today.

DO NOT order. Please do yourself the favor of reading the other reviews here, they're true. This guys pretends to run a business, but in reality, it's nothing but another scam. He falsely advertises imported products on triple price, sends expired products, lies about refunding and blocks you on social media when you seek your refund.

Its been a month since i ordered off the website and i still have got no news of my order being dispatched, i emailed a week ago and got an automated response saying I'd get a reply within 48 hours and still nothing,i don't think i'm getting my order or my money back and I've no way to get either since they won't respond to me or i can't claim a
refund, i wish i read more reviews before i used them but all i can do is to tell others to avoid them online because you're not guaranteed to get what you paid for

I have tried contacting numerous via email/instagram and telephone (which is a French number and does not connect) regarding an order #13096 the order should have been received by now and it has not even dispatched. As explained in my communications I am leaving back overseas now and want this order cancelled and my money refunded. If I do not receive some kind of response I am reporting this as fraud and a scam !!!!!

Absolutely appalling service. No replies to my requests when I asked for an update on my order. When they finally replied it was an e-mail to say my order had been cancelled as per my request. I never asked for my order to get cancelled. 😡 I would never order from them again.

I ordered 2 items, one at at discount as they had a short shelf life, the second full price but with an even shorter shelf life. I contacted the company who said they would refund, but they have since ignored my follow up emails and have not refunded. I would not use this company again,

I ordered from them off a TikTok live was not made fully clear about the date on the product which it was out of date in less than 5 days when I contacted candy cave I was met with a very passive aggressive reply quite rude and unprofessional, wouldn’t recommend this
