Personne très sympathique, de bon conseil... Je recommande.

Ich habe bei Frau Valentina ein Auto gemietet, alles lief reibungslos. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit. Ich musste die Mietdauer um einen Tag verlängern, was überhaupt kein Problem darstellte. Frau Valentina ist sehr flexibel, freundlich und antwortet umgehend. Sie ist pünktlich und absolut zuverlässig.

Was opzoek naar een ruimere gebruikte auto, bij Autos2go vond ik die. Nooit eerder heb ik het zo prettig ervaren als bij Auto2go. Kreeg een goede inruilprijs voor mijn inruil-auto en de aflevering van de (nieuwe) ging soepel en vlot en met prima garantie voorwaarden. Er fijne en betrouwbare auto-zaak.

I just wanted to say a huge 'thank you', to Nick and his team for getting me back on the road, within 4 days.
I was hit in the side and needed a new door, wing, wheel and re-spray.
They sorted everything.. the repair, replacement car, a solicitor to deal with the claim and all with no fuss. Giving me complete peace of mind and confidence.

The end result was amazing.

Couldn't recommend them enough.

Awful service, underground parking doesn't work, because no connection.
But in some places, you can park in the underground parking lot, and it works.
But somehow the user must know where the signal goes through.

Then they send you someone to "help" ,means to open the car and charge you 120 shekel.

They charged me $1200 USD for two trips. It was advertised for ₪150 per trip. This is criminal. These are criminally misleading business practices. I cannot stress how terrible of a situation two rental trips have put me in. This is not okay in any business practice. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY PERIOD.

Gave me a quote by email and a reference number, but when I phoned their number a foreign sounding man did not want the reference number and when I told him what the car was, after he asked, he said nice car but he did not want it !! Waste of my time.

Recently sold a mini to this company. Fair price, professional service and prompt payment. I could not have had a better experience

Non uso spesso questo servizio perché adesso abito fuori città . Le ultime volte che ho provato a noleggiare una loro auto ho sempre avuto dei problemi. Ieri 15 agosto 2024 ho provato a noleggiare ben 2 vetture e nessuna delle 2 si è sbloccata. Vergognoso. Ovviamente ho dovuto prendere un taxi.
Qualche tempo fa è capitato che ho dovuto rinunciare al noleggio perché l’app mi buttava fuori e chiedendomi nuovamente di inserire i miei dati . Ancora una volta la macchina non era all’indirizzo indicato ma probabilmente in un garage perché era localizzata proprio nei paraggi.
Che dire il servizio nel tempo ha avuto un decadimento pazzesco. Per non parlare dei prezzi che sono notevolmente lievitati.

Ik ben een schot en woon 24 jar in brabant ,ben altijd opgelicht met auto bv hier in buurt dus ik ging naar autos to go en super blij heb gedaan !! Top mensen eerlijk en kan goed deal sluiten met ze super keus en goed prijs ik raad hun aan iedereen gr wally , bedankt jonges

Hjælpsomme ud og over alle forventninger. Servicemindede og helt igennem dejligt firma. De får mine varmeste anbefalinger

I cannot praise car2go enough, their service was excellent from start to finish and they sorted me out with my car so quickly and efficiently. Ross and Joe were so helpful and friendly with an excellent knowledge. I will certainly be back to buy my next car. I would highly recommend car2go

Cars 2 go Promised me a new car by a date Jan2023 this kept being put back, last told 6 months hence !
Value of my car dropped because of mileage and age to the point that I couldn’t afford to carry on with the deal.
Cars to go kept my £1000 deposit causing me financial hardship.
In my opinion they are crooks, stay well away and deal with more reputable companies.

Ich fahre jede 3 Jahre 1x . Und jedes Mal " hatte ich etwas falsch gemacht"!!! Ohne Grund machen die Probleme einem ,ohne Nachweise oder konkrete Angaben.
Ich buchte 20 Euro Paket den ich beendete ,die behaupten dass die nicht mal Schlüssel gefunden haben im Auto. So eine Schweinerei. App gelöscht und nie mehr wieder dort.So geht man nicht um mit Kunden.Abzocken kann mich auch selber! Außerdem ,Miles sind günstiger !

Io avevo una macchina prenotato preso car2go di cui il Car Jet si appoggio a Heraklion Creta airport per il 7 Settembre 2023. Sulla conferma della prenotazione c'era scritto che avrei dovuto pagare 150 euro in contanti. Loro mi hanno chiesto 40 euro in piu perché ,secondo loro, non avevo pagato il fuori orario al momento della prenotazio,e in contanti. Per colpa mia non avevo 900 euro sulla io carta di credito per la cauzione che per altro non era dovuta avendo stipulato come assicurazione la Casco, . Però potevano risolvere tutto se pagavo 400 euro in contanti. Naturalmente ho declinato rimettendoci 79 euro di prenotazine. Tra altro loro atteggiamento pessimo,che sfora l'arroganza per entrare nella maleducazione pensando di poter prendere in giro due donne sole alla sera tardi in un aereoporto ,tra l'altro la coppia davanti a noi hanno avuto anchessi dei problemi tanto è che la ragazza era scoppiata in lacrime dicendo che un ulteriore spesa di 400€ avrebbe rovinato le loro vacanze

Non funziona mai l'app e mi lasciate sempre a piedi. Servizio scadente. Quando invece riesco la macchina nemmeno parte !!!!

Ich hatte einen kleinen Auffahrunfall. Schaden nicht sofort bemerkt. Zuerst kam eine Aufforderung nach ein laar Tagen den Hergang zu erklären, habe ich aich entsprechend gemacht. Dann 2 Monate später bekomme ich, ohne Kontaktaufnahme durch den Kundenservice direkt einen Brief von einer Kanzlei, die Haftpflichtversicherung haftet nicht und ich soll 4.000 für den Schaden bezahlen. Kein Wort davon, dass dad Auto repariert wird es ist einfach nur ein Kostenvoranschlag an mich gesendet worden.

Also ja auf den Selbstbehalt haben Sie gepfiffen.

Aber naja bei den Bewertungen sieht man ja e was schief läuft!
