I used the service in Netanya (Israel).
1) The car is hidden in parking lots inside the house. Finding him is an adventure. Each one spent about 20 minutes on this.
2) The app is terrible.
The route to the car that is laid by the application or in the google map is completely wrong.
In the last use (03/15/2023), after unlocking the car, it automatically canceled my reservation and charged the money. I was already late and therefore tried to book again immediately. The car wouldn't even start, the pedals were locked. Once again the money was debited. As a result, I had to take a taxi and was still late for an important meeting, although initially the reserve was 40 minutes!!!
I wrote to them in support of a claim demanding a refund. No answer, no money.

Car2Go is the worst car rental company I've ever dealt with. Recently, I rented a car from them, and unfortunately, the car's battery died during my trip. When I contacted their customer service for assistance, they were unable to provide an effective solution and even had the audacity to suggest that I stop someone on the street to jumpstart the car!
I find this level of incompetence and lack of professionalism to be absolutely unacceptable. Car2Go couldn't provide a reliable and quality service, and their response to my problem was simply ridiculous. Their lack of professionalism is nothing short of scandalous.
Furthermore, the customer service representatives I spoke with were unhelpful, which only added to my frustration. I would never recommend Car2Go to anyone Avoid Car2Go at all costs!"

Car2GO is fraud - never use them. In my situation they charged a fee while never opening the service. The invoices were password protected so that i could not open them. I this Car2go started out as a reel service but today it is just fraud

Slechte auto's, betaal je extra voor dekking, draai je alsnog zelf voor de kosten op van hun defecte troep.

I just bought a car from there. It was an amazing and comfortable experience. Trish was so helpful, polite and professional. Best car dealership I’ve ever been too. I’ll definitely come back and recommend them to my friends and family. We need more people like Trish and dealerships like Cars 2 Go!!

J'ai loué une Renault Clio (neuve 8000 kms) chez Car2Go Albania via RentalsCar pour 10 jours à Tirana au centre ville. Le contact était très sympathique et arrangeant.Joignable facilement par WhatsApp, anglais parfait. J'avais pris l'assurance complète de Rentalcars, j'ai gratté un peu le pare-choc AVG. They basically steal money from their users. I rented a car with them and I had to join a subscription of some kind, afterwards I went to cancel it and there was no way to do so in the app. I assumed I must of made a mistake about the subscription. Who would want a monthly subscription to rent cars anyways? I figured I must of misunderstood and their app works like lime or bird.

Flash forward 3 months and I realized they’ve been charging me every month even though I haven’t used their services at all. The customer support was not helpful at all and were downright rude when I tried to call to remedy the situation

Hele slechte ervaring ermee. Automatische incasso is hoe het bij hun gaat nog leuker voor je rit schrijven ze je geld af net als bijvoorbeeld sixt sharing. Hebben ze schijnbaar in mijn rit het geld terug gestort (vraag mij niet waarom) is mij niet opgevallen toen. Aangezien ik erna nooit meer ermee heb gereden krijg ik een paar maanden later een incasso op mijn dak die niet eens de moeite neemt om mijn bewijs te bekijken. Echt een triest bedrijf met slechte service zelf wat fout doen en geld bij mij weg trekken ik weet het wel nooit meer hun sharing cars voor mij.

Ik zou dus 2x nadenken kan je beter sixt sharing gebruiken is 2x zo goedkoop wel service en geen oplichters praktijken.

Joke of a company who are incapable of even answering their phones when you have issues with reservations. Without any exaggeration the last 20+ times I have called them I am first in line yet am kept holding for anywhere from 10-40mins before someone answers their phone. Message them on WhatsApp, you see them pop online but ignore messages!! This has been the case for 2 years plus!! Time to get my own car

I rented the car from Tel aviv and drove to Jerusalem. I parked the car outside but the app is not letting me open the doors even though it is NOT in an underground parking. I am stuck for 2 hours with a newborn. This scam company is charging me a lot of money to come unlock their own car. This is a scandal. I will def sue them

Servizio a dir poco vomitevole… ha creato disagio, ha messo angoscia e il tutto perché hanno bisogno di soldi e creano dei pretesti per farti chiamare il sevizio clienti e da lì aspettare dalle 5 di notte fino alle 6 prima che un anima poverata di dio che lavora in questa azienda fatiscente risponda.
Siete ridicoli, siete una truffa. Vergognatevi. E non solo l’azienda che ha fatto della truffa la sua principale virtù ma anche chi ci lavora perché sta facendo esattamente lo stesso gioco dell’azienda @virtuosa per cui lavora.
Meritate di chiudere oggi stesso. Il comune di Milano che usa queste macchine spacciandosi per la città metropolitana per eccellenza, non è migliore. Spero che dopo varie segnalazioni, la polizia prima, il tribunale e chi si occupa di giustizia possa seriamente mettere fine a questa multinazionale che di share ha molto poco.

Intransparente oft falsche Abrechnung. Inkompetente Hotline.

Kann mich nicht beschweren. Nutze Car2Go öfters um nicht mit der Bahn zu fahren. Hatte noch nie Probleme.

Ich hatte einen offenen Betrag welchen ich durch meinen Umzug übersehen habe. Der Betrag wurde Anfang Mai eingezahlt und Ende Juli gab es noch immer keine freischaltung. Nach öfteren nachfragen kam immer nur zurück das sie Probleme mit ihren System haben und sonstige ausreden. Sehr unseriös und überhaupt nicht weiterzuempfehlen, lieber ander Sharing Unternehmen die evtl etwas teurer sind dafür aber Service bieten!!

Car2go die reine Abzocke ...
Auto fährt nicht mehr auf die Autobahn anscheinend Akku leer was nicht der Fall war, als ich eingestiegen bin. Ich musste 40 min mittel in der Autobahn warten beim regen auf den Abschleppdienst, natürlich auf meine kosten das ganze und noch musste ich zahlen dafür 200 Euro, 3 Emails geschickt 10 mal angerufen jedes mal wird mir gesagt wir kümmern uns drum uns scheiben wir dem nächst , seit 3 Monaten warte ich , nichts bekommen , also ich bin sehr sehr enttäuscht und werde hochwahrscheinlich die Polizei dafür anschalten

Sehr schlechter Service. Keinerlei Kundenservice und nur die reinste Abzocke. Der Kunde ist König gibt es hier ganz und gar nicht. Haben 3 mal ein Auto gemietet aber werden es nie wieder tun. Lieber etwas mehr bezahlen und letztendlich weniger bezahlen.
